Hi Frances, good to hear from you and thank you for bringing this to my attention. What you mention does not sound good at all. Would it be possible to send me a photo of the frame set up so I can review and get back to you with the best way to resolve that?
I know each tree and set up is different, but the frames normally stand up well in most conditions - we had 4 up during those big storms that have just gone through Vic, and they all weathered it well. The main reason we do not include netting automatically with the kits is because many of the customers already have netting and just need the frames. Easy to assemble. Looks good
I’m relatively new at growing vegetables and after trial and error trying to protect my produce with other makeshift materials I found flexi garden was the best solution. It was easy for me to assemble on my own and I was able to customise it to fit a relatively big area. Furthermore, it looks good.

The Missing Piece
I needed to make the frame as big as possible to encompass the already enormous tomato plants that were in the garden. However, if I used all the pieces then there was one integral connecting piece that they don't include, and that is the centre piece that connects the two hubs. They supply 4 each of the three lengths plus the 2 hubs but no the piece that connects the two hubs. I need to buy it from Bunnings.

Hi Cath, thanks for bringing this to my attention. It is difficult to put everything in every kit, which is why we have a range of different offerings to match different requitements. The kit you purchased does have a range of components that allows you to make a range of different shapes and sizes, but it is not endless. You can set it up so there is a cross bar - using the 600mm legs off the hubs and the 900mm legs to the ground, will make a frame that is about 1.2 - 1.5 wide and 1 - 1.2 tall. You can then use the straight elbows that are in the kit to join the 300mm legs together to make a length for joining the hubs, as you refer to above, between 300 - 1.2 long. Overall, this gives you a frame that could be about 1.5 x 1.2 at say 1 tall. It sounds though, that you have a much larger patch, so maybe the Giant or Tall frame would have been better, as they make much larger frames.
That said, we do have plenty of customers that bespoke large frames, particularly for trees, and í often get request for an individual leg length needed to complete the design, which I am normally happy to send to them at no charge, they just need to ask.
Anyway, maybe the configuration outlined above could work. I hope that helps Cath. Thanks. Peter

Flexi Garden Frames well worth trying
I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted then saw that it was out of stock so put my email address down to be advised in due course. Instead Peter contacted me and gave me some suggestions which was exactly what I needed. The products I chose fit my raised bed exactly and am happy with the products I purchased and my garden is doing better than ever. I have no hesitation recommending Peter and Flexi Garden Frames.

Product is 5 star, I’ve tried many options. This is the best by far, 4 stars only for delivery time, it’s ok but probably best you could expect for a small company

Hi Andrew, good to hear from you, and glad that you like the frame. Delivery can sometimes be problematic, as we use Aust Post to delivery, and they can be inconsistent. We have all orders ready for them to pick up 1 - 2 working days after we receive them, but once Aus Post picks the order up, it goes into their system and follows their processes. Luckily, on the whole they are pretty efficient, but as I say, they can be inconsistent. But thanks for letting me know, we do like to monitor delivery and try to improve where we can. The Flexi Garden is Perfect
The Flexi Garden frame was just what I was looking for. The supplied net was a great fit for my Cherry tree, it worked perfectly in keeping the birds away.
