We have been using FlexiPlanner for a few years now, and it is by far the best system we have ever had.
Our previous system was full of glitches, unreliable, and often left employees relying more on spreadsheets than the system itself. In contrast, FlexiPlanner is intuitive, easy to use, and the mobile version makes it even more accessible for our teams.
Since implementing it, we have only experienced two or three minor issues, and each time the support team responded almost immediately and resolved everything quickly and efficiently. Their responsiveness and expertise are truly impressive, the team clearly knows their product inside out.
The system works superbly, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble for the support team, no matter how small or complex the query.
