Absolutely shocking
Same as everyone else saw it as a way to ease my knee pain . Only to find out I’ve paid two subscriptions which I never signed up for. Contacted flex strap to be told we will cancel your subscription nothing about a refund

guys be careful!!! these guys are ruthless. I just noticed they have made another attempt to withdraw $149.99 after the first time they tried and I had insufficient funds I contacted my Apple pay and figured they wouldn't be able to try but yup they tried again. I am curious if anyone's even received the knee band? I only disputed the amount they tried to steal but not the cost of the band because I did try to order them.

I ordered the knee brace to help with knee pain. Haven't received them. Plus they took out 49.99 one day and 149.99 the next day. I've asked for a refund not once but 3x's. They keep saying 2-3 days. Now that its the 3rd day. All they do is continue to mock everything I say. Very unhappy!! No phone number to call them. Im going to have to cancel my account so they dont charge me again. I have no idea what to do?

This company is nothing but a scam and ripoff charges for over 200 dollars that I didn't sign up for. Stay away from this website and company my bank is starting a fraud investigation today .

Same as all the other reviews. I was supposed to get knee supports, and then all I got was scammed. Over $200 in charges.

So I got the crappy silicon knee strap no probs charged accordingly. Then a few weeks later they deducted $79 and then 2 days further on another $221. On contacting them they said it was on going membership neither which appeared in any cost or fineprint. Absolute scam and avoid at all costs. What looked like an automated response suggested id be refunded. Not likely and I've lodged a dispute with the bank.

This company is a scam and should be reported to the Attorneys General Office and Better Business Bureau. The charge me $9.99 for a Flex wrap and took out $49.99 additional in money and later $149.99 in additional money. Please do not purchase products from this company.

Definitely a scam!! Do not buy or click link from Facebook!!! They have taken a total of 215.00$ out my account in just a few days!! When you email they send the same automated response!!!! SCAM

I placed an order for knee support straps for $9.99. Just like others, a few days later my credit card was charged $49.99 and another few days later, another charge of $149.99 was attempted and my credit card company flagged as fraud and contacted me. I now have to deal with a cancelled credit card and all that it entails regarding recurring charges I have for that.

I too was a victim of the fitness club scam. So far I’ve been charged $200 for a membership that I never purchased. No word during the checkout process for my $14.99 knee supports was I notified of any kind of membership. They say they’re going to refund my payments and cancel my subscription, but I’m not sure that I trust that.

As others have stated on here, this company is SCAMMING people. You *think* you're ordering a knee support strap, but then they charge you for a monthly membership that they claim you agreed to during purchase. I can assure you, I absolutely NEVER agreed to that, and from what I have been reading online, this is the case for 100s of people.

A scam, as others have said. I’ve been billed $50 for a membership 6 days after I purchased a $10 knee wrap, then another $150 charge the next day. I’ve emailed for a refund but I’ll dispute charges if I have to. Disgusting practices, and no notice of a “membership” when purchasing. The only email I ever got was about the $10 knee wrap purchase. They know exactly what they’re doing.

Absolute scam, I just wanted a $10 knee strap to help support my knee and I’ve been charged an extra $200 for warranty and membership fees that were never shown at the time of check out. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Scam scam scam.

They take a $50 sub fee without telling you, and then they keep charging your card over the next several days. I’m now sitting at $150 with no products delivered and zero response from support. I now have to go through my bank to red flag them.

Such a pain.

Ordered 3 pairs of flexwraps....got charged 2xlifetime warranty for $99.98 . Then they attempted to charge $299 twice. Product never shipped. Had to get my banc involved because of the fraud.DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM.

I’m like everyone else here that got suckered into buying this knee brace that I will probably will never see. After paying for $9.99 they tried to charge my account with a bogus membership for 49.99. I contested it with my bank and had them close that card and issue me a new one just to be safe. I advise for everyone here to do the same just so they can’t charge you again.Also alert your bank to block this company from making any charges to your card.
I also reported them to the BBB.

Total scam. They will keep charging your card increasing amounts. Do not buy.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I pride myself on not getting scammed by always researching before I place orders, but this time I fell for their FB ad as I was desperate for some help with my totally unstable knee. DON'T ORDER from this company!!! They sign you up for a bogus $49.99 monthly subscription without you knowing, then if you reach out to them they start a $149.99 monthly subscription! Now I'm jumping through hoops to file disputes and stopping my card from further charges. I don't expect to receive my original $9.99 order or if I do, im sure it will be cheap crap. BEWARE!
