Our emails and calls are an important part of helping customers learn how to get the most out of their FLFE service. They’re designed to share education, tips, and support so new users can experience the full benefits of the environment. We understand that this aspect of our communication could feel different from person to person and always respect when customers request alternative forms of communication.

Regarding the trial for your client’s premises, as each country follows a different address record standard, for certain countries we use a photo of the home in place of an address in order to activate the FLFE field. This ensures that the service is precise in associating with that home.

We’ve recently begun actively managing our Trustpilot profile so we can better engage with feedback such as yours. We aim to offer the best customer experience we can, and we’re aware that, as humans, there are moments when we may not meet that intention. We stay open to feedback and use it to keep improving how we show up for our customers.
