Totally unprofessional and fraud company Flight380 Limited and ZamZam Travels (beware now they have renamed as Hudaa Travel and may be operating through other names). I made a huge mistake booking Umrah for my family through this company and their associate Murtaza Kareem (not sure if this his real or made up name). This company offer cheap quote to lock customers in and then keep asking for extra money for different excuses. They fooled us to book train journey from Makkah to Madinah ourselves which they were supposed to book by giving the reason that they are having technical problem booking the tickets and they will refund £300. Its been 2 months and now they don't even respond to texts and calls. All umrah costs were paid into Flight380 Limited's bank account that means they are main ring leader culprits. Absolute fraudsters. AVOID ZamZam Travels, Hudaa Travel and Flight380 Limited.

Our booking experience with Flight 380 has been extremely disappointing. We were assured that our package amount of £2,700 would be refunded, but we have not received anything to date. We feel completely misled and let down by the service provided. Stay Safe from this scam agency.
