This company has a phony address. The phone number does not work. They will not respond to your emails. There is not a help line customer support. Good luck getting your refund. Instructions not adequate.
My drone never made it off the ground
My drone never made it off the ground! Push the auto takeoff button and it tips up sidewayse and the blades hit the ground and and it was all over. After going through the setup it basically flipped over and ate its blades. They have NO customer service!

I purchased both a cinema two and specter pro with plan to return Specter if Cinema 2 worked with the add on Airdrop feature.
I immediately had difficulties with GPS pairing, and the instructions are a little help because they are poorly translated from Chinese. You cannot fly and must GPS pair before every single flight whether or not you intend to use any GPS features. It is a five step process to GPS pair requiring physically moving the drone around all three axis Iâve had previous DJI drones where no pairing steps were required at all and flight was easy and intuitive.
After my first short test flight, I landed the drone and despite doing the shut down maneuver, all propellers were still spinning. It then went into full power uncommitted flight suddenly and flew up and sideways into a tree. I was not even touching the remote, but I still felt crazy, until I read similar experiences on Reddit.
It is not made in America as advertising the website, it is made in China. The shipping takes twice as long as estimated. One of mine took over a month to arrive. For this reason I never even opened it and attempted a return.
Customer service is poor and obstructive.
30 day returns are permitted however you must pay the $500 shipping via UPS to return it to them. They do not provide a shipping label and are very aggressive in the steps required to accept a return-even unopened.
My drone supposedly disappeared in the mail after shipping. So now I have no functional drone as one is broken and another lost with $500 in shipping costs. I have also read this same experience on Reddit. If you already purchased and must return-get extra insurance.

Cinemaster 2 Pro Carbon Fiber failure
From the reviews on their site I was expecting to be a fan of Flightelf, but unfortunately my final review can only be âDo not trust this companyâ.
I bought a Cinemaster 2 Pro Carbon Fiber for $539. The first two flights went well, but during the third flight, after I had fully recharged, connected and calibrated the drone, it responded normally for a couple of minutes, then suddenly became unresponsive to any controller actions and dropped slowly into a swimming pool. I contacted Flightelf to request either a replacement drone or a refund, and their first response was to put the blame on me for not charging the batteries. This gave me a sinking feeling (much like the drone) that they did not stand behind their product. When I explained again that the drone initially worked, but then failed, their response was simply "If there is a problem with our drone, then you shouldnât be able to fly 3 times." They asked that I return the defective drone to China, but at my own expense. Fedex didnât recognize their postal code and DHL would cost almost as much as the drone itself, so I spent another $125 to send it via USPS, tracked. My sinking feeling was validated when Flightelf responded simply that âWe did not receive your returnâ. They offered no other options. I had now spent $664 and had no product to show for it, defective or otherwise. Six months later the package returned to me, apparently unopened. When I asked if there was a US location I could send the drone to, Flightelf responded "Our US warehouse does not process returns because no customer would like a returned product."
Flightelf does not apparently believe in their own product, nor in their customers, but will take your money. I suspect that many customers receiving a defective Flightelf product will simply give up when told how much they have to pay to return it to China. This is a perfect result for Flightelf, not so good for the customer. Try a more honest company.

Product is shipped from NJ however return needs to be sent back to China. With high shipping cost and tax to customs. Return should have been within the US. Poor quality drone be aware and you can't return it.

The flight elf drone > DON'T!
The flight elf, drone and controller are good, steady, relatively reliable. There software however is the worst! I have two phones.Neither of which will link to the controller or the drone. When I try to download software that is basically f t p related my phone, both of them said that this was dangerous software and not to download it ! Well being stubborn.I told the phone to go ahead and download it and install it.Anyway. My Samsung S24 ultra, would never let me completely download it or install it. An older Motorola phone did permit me to install the software. However, it crashed regularly came up with a message to scan a QR Code from the controller. When I did this, their attempt at A Camera app would not let you snap a picture of the q r code and the app repeatedly crashed.
Another annoyance is recharging. The controller has a type c u s b, and the drone battery has a micro u s b.duh!
I live in a relatively remote area, so there really aren't any magnetic interferences. However, I have to run the geomagnetic stabilizer calibration Every time I, go to fly the drone. it fails most of the time on the second part of the calibration.
Their email tech support is also somewhere between useless and nonexistent. The first time I contacted them with specifics of my problems. They basically add me quote, fetch a bone and get them the invoice number. The second time they sent a link for me to watch a video on their website, which had basically the exact same information as their documentation, which, by the way, is written in chinglish and barely understandable..
I'm still waking for the reply on the third email attempt.
The remote control has a nice led viewer and appears to be solidly made. Unfortunately, it is very slow to respond, and sometimes it literally takes twenty or thirty seconds for a tap to be recognized.
The main booklet that comes with the drone features, a remote control That is not the one that actually ships. After searching a bit, I found another instruction manual that was roughly two and a half inches by three inches and the font size in that is maybe point five anyway, it's so small.I couldn't even read it with a magnifying glass.
To sum up, the hardware is basically solid, but the software is absolutely horrendous, and the two must work together or you end up with a very frustrating investment.
Bad Customer Service

I am a researcher and use the drone to film river conditions along a 300m stretch of river. The drone I purchased was the Cinemaster 2 Pro Carbon Fiber. I purchased the "two battery" pack option as it offer "48 minutes of flight time". The batteries only last about 9 minutes each. Here is the big issue, after receiving the drone in late August 2024, I complete calibration of the drone and the gimbal. I do this before each use to ensure correct and stable flying. Early last week, 16 September 2024, while out in the field conducting research, it was time to film my study reach. I calibrated the drone. Once calibrated, I started the drone and then initiated the "one button take-off" feature built into the drone. As soon as the drone took off, it rapidly gained speed, circled and twirled several times before crashing into the ground. Two stabilizing arms were broke, there was minor damage to the body, all propeller tips were broken, and rear legs had damage. I contacted Flightelf about the malfunction. Guess what, they have been reluctant to issues replacement parts, a replacement drone, a refund, or even a drone of lesser value. They even insisted that I "intentionally damaged the drone, and am now asking for replacement parts or drone for free. This is robbery." That is the email I received after several exchanges with this company. I have been reasonable about my request to no avail. My next step is force a refund through my credit card company and seek legal action.
Customer Service nonexistent!
The cinema master pro two is a great drone, but Customer Service is bad! My Order number 14605 a Direct purchase from Flightelf has not had any response from Customer Service regarding replacement parts! I am sending to their text number 961325635 AT qq.com requesting replacement parts for One of the rear stabilizers and have requested to pay for two rear stabilizers so I have one as a back up and these people do not respond. I got one email response that said, can you send me images. I sent images to the email account and Iâve had no response. I keep sending small little requests for help asking âis anybody ever going to answer?â and nobody ever does! My opinion of Flightelf Customer Service is very low at this point. Even so I love their product itâs well-built, but I would just like to be able to get replacement parts, a fairly simple request going unanswered.
Flightelf Falcon drone purchase
I recently purchased a Flightelf Falcon Drone which arrived packaged as a Global GD98 drone which looked identical to the Falcon Drone pictured on website. To
The manual provided with the drone showed a different remote control than what was provided.
A small supplement manual was also provided for the updated remote but that supplement was very small and difficult to read.
I found a You Tube tutorial video online provided by Flightelf which was helpful in the setup process.
In the USA, this drone requires registration with the FAA as it is above the .55lb weight limit.
It also requires the operator to take a free online safety test to obtain a drone operator flight certificate if it is to be used only recreationally.
If it is to be used commercially to
earn money, an FAA 107 course may be necessary which usually requires a written test at an FAA approved test center.
As a beginner drone operator, I was able to familiarize myself with takeoff, basic flight and landing characteristics without too much difficulty.
I used the one touch takeoff feature along with the return to home feature for landings.
On my initial flights, I sent the drone up directly overhead and turned it to take pictures.
On the one touch takeoff, after I moved the joysticks to get the propellers spinning, and hit the one touch up control the drone lifted off to a couple feet off the ground where it hovered until I then took over control with the joysticks and manually raised the drone up to the altitude I desired.
When I pressed the return to home button, the drone slowly descended and landed pretty much within a foot or two of the takeoff point as I stood nearby.
Battery life seemed short to me which is why I rated it as a 3 out of 5 stars.
I used over 50 percent battery capacity in less than 10 minutes of flight and the remote controller battery capacity drained almost all the way down within 10minutes...something to keep in mind for flights.
Overall, this drone is simple to use and helpful for beginners who may want to eventually upgrade to a more expensive drone.
*Update* 3/16/2025
I took the drone up after 4 months of not using it over the Winter.
I found two issues....
The battery life seemed to have shortened even more.
I am getting only 5 minutes of flight time before drone gives low battery warning and lands itself with two out of four battery lights still lit.
I put batteries on charge and one of the batteries is still not fully charged after 12 hours of charge...4th battery light still blinking on charge where all 4 lights should be solid when fully charged.
Battery life per charge is nowhere near the 35 minutes claimed on the Flightelf website.
On my drone, in order to get 35 minutes flight time, I would need to land and swap the batteries at least three times as I am lucky to get 10 minutes maximum flight time out of one battery.
Second issue was on my most recent flights, the drone was not obeying certain commands from the controller.
I had the drone up in the air and tried to rotate it and drone would not turn.
Then after I released the joystick, the drone rotated way beyond where I wanted it to and would not obey my joystick commands to stop turning for several seconds longer.
At the same time, it would not obey my thumb wheel commands to raise and lower the camera angle... This occurred for several seconds until it started acting normally again.
This had never happened before in nearly two dozen flights with this drone.
*Update 5/31/25
Random issue has developed with my drone.
The issue that I described above in my March 2025 edit has gotten worse.
I am now having issues where the drone is not obeying start up/ take off commands from the controller.
I move the joysticks to get the propellers spinning and nothing happens.
Controller is synched to drone and message that GPS connection is successful. Batteries in drone and controller are fully charged.
I have to shut down and restart in order to start the drone.
I also had an issue where I had the drone in the air and it stopped obeying all commands from the controller. It would not turn or move at all.
I tried sending it back down via joysticks and return to land commands which it ignored.
It just hovered in the same spot 100 feet in the air.
Finally after a minute of this, it began working properly again and I was able to land it.
I am now wondering if there is a fault developing in the drone or controller.
I am now concerned that this issue may cause me to lose the drone in flight if it fails to obey commands from the controller and ends up crashing or running out of battery and fails to return to the takeoff/landing site.

I bought this drone for my 8yr old son. He doesn't have many friends to play with and he is showing signs of depression so I thought this might help him. At first I couldn't get the drone to lift off the ground and I even began the process of returning it.. but after tinkering with it for another hr or so it finally worked. And it works beautifully!! ðð the directions are a little confusing but that's the only issue.
