DO NOT BOOK WITH FLIGHTFAREHUB. Based on my experience, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
After I booked my flight, my card was charged, but I later discovered they had reportedly used a travel voucher to pay for the ticket. My flight was then canceled, and I never received my money back. I was left scrambling to book another flight at my own expense.
To make matters worse, the representative who identified himself as "Manuel" asked me to leave a 5-star review while processing my initial payment, which made me feel like they were trying to create the appearance of being a trustworthy company before I even knew whether my booking would be handled properly.
When I tried to resolve the issue, the customer service representatives were rude, dismissive, and condescending. I felt like they had no interest in helping me recover my money or fixing the problem.
In my opinion, this company should not be trusted. My experience left me feeling deceived and financially harmed. I will be pursuing every available option to recover my money and report what happened to the appropriate authorities.
I was fortunate enough to have the funds to book another flight, but not everyone is in that position. I would strongly encourage others to avoid booking through FlightFareHub and instead use a reputable travel agency or book directly with the airline.

I booked a ticket online through Flightfarehub.com, received a confirmation email, the flight was with Frontier, I also chose the carry-on option for an additional $60, the email confirmation I received clearly shows the extra fee for carry-on, total price for one-way was $111.03, now I received phone call that my reservation is pending, then no longer available through airline, now new price is $310 for basic economy, but can be discounted to $198, and does not include carry-on fee, which was including in original confirmation. And they are telling me that reservation is non-refundable. I authorized only what original confirmation stated, not what ever they decide after the fact. Very disrespectful and unprofessional, and un-business like. Flighfarehub.com is a scam and definitely a bait-and-switch scammer. I will never use them again, and will make sure to let everyone I know via social media to never use them.

I booked my flight back in April on their website coming out to just over $700. within 5min they called me to tell me my flight was no longer available and the next available was $1258. I was suspicious, and declined rebooking. did some research and thought id give it another try because they kept contacting me to book. So I proceeded to rebook, with the flight now being $1898! I was baffled because that didn't even include luggage, So the agent David told me due to the inconvenience they would give me a $200 credit to be applied to my itinerary for luggage but I was to call 72hrs before my flight to add it. So now the week of my trip, I called to add the luggage, and was told the credit is for rebooking a flight not for use towards luggage which is not what I was told. upon talking to Leo and David once again both of them denied this and after being hung up on multiple times I was then told by who was a "supervisor " who was actually David that I would be provided a refund that would be able to be used towards our luggage as a courtesy. Now the morning before my flight I get a notification to check in my flight and upon doing so my confirmation code cannot be located. I begin to panic thinking what happened because last night I went on and it was still active showing our tickets and the flight on time. My husband and I are supposed to be leaving at 5am for our anniversary trip. so yet I call again and speak with Leo, and he tells me that after speaking with David my entire flight had been canceled since I requested a refund and was going to file a complaint. (which was only said because they were not holding accountable for the the luggage in the first place). now my entire flight is canceled after I paid $1898 for it months ago, and now the current rates are $2700+. this was unacceptable and not authorized. I am extremely upset as we were not expecting this to happen and what a way to ruin our anniversary trip before we even left. I will be filing a formal complaint also now because this is extremely unorthodox. they should be ashamed for scamming people. the email I have from David even states I would be refunded for the $185 to use towards my luggage. no where does it say my flight nor the rest of my payment refunded. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

My wife and I booked flights to go to Antigua in Mar for our July flights. After we booked, we then got a call that we needed to pay an additional $500 for our bags. This went back and forth. Then we got another call saying we needed to pay an additional $200 for our checked bags. They issued a credit saying we could use it for the checked bags, then changed it and said it was for future use. WHICH I WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN. So after talking with another person in customer service they said they would refund the $200 to us but ended up cancelling our entire flight 15 hours before we are supposed to leave. This was the worse experience ever and I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.

Miss my flight due to them not sending me my ticket on my return flight had to pay for a flight to get home WHAT IF I DIDN’T HAVE MONEY I WOULD HAVE BEEN STRANDED

I paid $1250.00 for a round trip ticket and somehow Flightfare got into my business and charged me another $350.00.. I called Delta. They told me the ticket was only $1250.00..Now my cc company is investigating…Flightfare are scammers for sure. How they get good reviews I got no clue.
