Noms pas correct inscrit chez AirCanada. Une erreur de leur agent en ligne qui ne prends pas les bonnes informations déjà présentes sur leur site et ils ne réglent pas la situation alors qu'ils sont informés 5 jours avant.
En plus une partie de mon vol est annulée sans notification.
Jusqu'au aujourd'hui pas de nouvelles alors que le même problÚme s'est passé ce mois de janvier et leur directeur de service a la clientÚle David Masanga à dit que si les passagers avait informés 2 jours avant cela aurait pu être réglé. Nous cela fait 6 jours avant le vol et toujours en attente â¹ïž.
Toutes les informations rentrées par nous initialement étaient correct ensuite l'agent au téléphone aprÚs l'annulation était supposé prendre les mêmes informations pour le nouveau vol mais à 5 jours on constate une erreur de sa part et on demande une correction. On est toujours en investigation. C'est de la faute de vos agents ( surtout que les bonnes informations étaient rentrées dans le systÚme)

This week contrary to past times I booked with them,
I made a search to Depart from YUL Montreal Airport, I specify YUL so that I do not get other nearby airports or cities.
This week like many travelers, I had to leave to Colombia for a Family Urgency,
I had to do everything so fast,
That when the results for the YUL search came up I saw flights departing from YUL and expensive too, and then popped a good price, I am rushing so I chose the good price quickly, looked at luggage options, passed the payment, received the ticket, and ran to my errands.
I acted fast and gave "A BIT OF MY TRUST" to Flighthub. (That was my Mistake to Trust them"
The next day as I'm all ready and set to travel the next morning, I receive a Delta Airline SMS saying my flight is leaving late, and DEPARTING from BTV ? BURLIGTON INT AIRPORT VERMONT USA.
How Can a search result specified YUL Airport Montreal Canada with YUL departures, did appear in results a BTV Vermont USA hours drive away ?!?
I called FLIGHTHUB in Panic and like usual, they answer only in Call Centers in foreign Countries with employees who answer Systematically what is on their screens.
That was the day after booking and the day before Departure. I cried for help, I'm a small wage working class man who buys a Ticket with my humble economy and Credit.
I was told it's just too bad, there is no refund, and a switch to depart from my YUL Airport would cost some 500$ extra charge,
Delta Airline was the same and told me it was Flighthub's Responsibility.
Yesterday I saw all my Flights in SMS notifications, leaving one after the other while being Stuck here in Montreal in a state of Emergency.
Today, an Investigation person from Flighthub, Ann Eissa, she called herself, called me just to arrogantly push me off saying all this is too bad if I resume, while Interupting me everytime I tried to speak and repeating systematically and mockingly the same thing. She even stated; your flights already left in a No Show, but I reached out the day before and barely a day after Booking.
I understand that in a legal way, they are logically right, and can wash their hands.
But this is the sad part of those industries, They do everything to Legally Trap people and end up taking all their hard earned money without being brought into Account.
With Milions of Population falling in the cracks, they make milions of dollars or more in their year.
Even though for the majority of us that live off wages, and that those companies offer better prices, They Are Dangerous Sharks that set Legal Traps everywhere ON PURPOSE and they hire Intl Call Center who are ignorant and powerless to help or Compensate nor deal with the Outcomes
So they do not have to face and take Responsability. And are practically impossible to bring to accountability.
I call out for any help and solutions.
For myself I'm stuck in Mtl trying to find resources to buy another way home South.

Had to cancel a flight recently. Had purchased the extra cancellation insurance of $200 dollars. When attempting to cancel, even with this insurance, they would not refund me my total as it was restricted by the airline itself. They offered me an air line credit for the value of my ticket, BUT wanted to charge another $200 in administration fees per person. I called the air line directly and the cancellation fee is actually $150 per person. Simple math shows that they con you out of this insurance of $200 PLUS try to ring you for another $100 to make a call that i made on my own. ON TOP of this, they also told me that the return flight airline does not offer a credit or refund at all! I called that airline directly and was helped by great reps that gave me a credit for the full ticket with ZERO admin or cancellation fees. Serves me right for using a middle man. Terrible service. Take the time and book flights yourself through the air lines, lesson learned.

On the surface (online) they make you believe that they take care of you, but then they cut off all channels of communication and you are left alone with your loss of money and their piles of lies.

Offered a flight that was suddenly not available after they took my $ and now waiting for a refund, and the list goes on!
I dealt with Flight Hub a few years ago, and it was fine, but my most recent experience is a nightmare. I tried to book a flight, got a message saying it was not available, yet was charged for it. When I called they said I had to wait 2-5 days to get my money back! I was not able to make the booking, so what was the charge for?? I also asked for cancellation insurance and found that I only bought it for one leg of the trip. When I was speaking to the agent I asked for travel insurance assuming he knew it was for going and coming back, not just one flight. When I called to question this, I was told it was because it was considered two different bookings. I will never use Flight Hub again and will stick with the bigger travel sites that actually have people to answer the phones, don't offer flights that are not available yet take your money and make you wait for days to get it back, book travel insurance for one way...

I had to cancel our trip to Puerto Vallarta due to a serious health issue. Continual email back and forth without success. Submitted two Dr's. notes which clearly stated my condition and that I was unfit to travel. Yet back and forth with more and more stalling tactics we went. I finally realized I was talking to a bot named Sarah. Only when I insisted I speak to an actual person did I have some success after 3 more reviews and lots of aggravation. I will never use their service again. The insurance is a joke!

I booked a flight for my elderly parents in January 2023 from flighthub.com. I needed to make changes to the itinerary and had contacted flight hub customer service for 2 days without any success, however, their sales line was readily available to answer anytime I called but they couldnât offer any help whatsoever in addressing my concerns. I was told to us a chat function to contact customer service who will help. I did this but to no avail. They wouldnât respond after hours of going between their chat function and calling their sales department countless times in over 6 hours, with sales representatives hanging up phone on me several times. It has been very frustrating as I now have to make new bookings for my parents at a cost which I am sure could have been less should flighthub had answered my queries. I have been using flight hub for most of my bookings since 2016. This agency used to be great in helping address concerns but is getting worse of late and providing very poor customer service and people need to take caution when using this agency.

Flighthub scammed us out of $1,850.00 for airline tickets
Flighthub scammed my family and I out of $1,850.00 for a Dec 29 flight from Buffalo to Orlando that never existed. My family and I (wife, 2 daughters) drove from Toronto to Buffalo on Dec 28 to catch our Flighthub- booked, fully paid for ($1,850.00 total) flight on Frontier Airlines, only to be told at departure counter at BUF airport by Frontier that the flight was cancelled 4 days earlier. Flighthub customer service has refused to refund our money paid, since I did not respond to an email supposedly sent to me earlier - I checked all my email boxes/ folders - no such email sent. Cannot get a person on phone -message instructs me to interact via their website, but no action by them because "I needed to respond to their email" - which clearly they NEVER sent. I will NEVER use them again. No recourse unfortunately appears for us, as this is Canada that has no level of consumer protection, unlike in U.S. Lesson expensively learned- in future I will only book directly with airlines, because at least they have to refund customers automatically (I expect) when they cancel a flight.

Terrible Service. Hard to get in contact with someone. My flight was canceled due to bad weather and no communication on how to proceed. Told me they could not refund me but I did get a charged back on my credit card. Provided my CC all the proof of their terrible service and got a refund. $200 fee just to cancel a flight the airline changed
I had booked a flight with flighthub because American Airlines would not allow us to purchase it on there website. Every time we got to the payment screen, it would say âone or more flights have been changedâ. On flighthub it had the same flight and it allowed me to purchase it. Later they changed our flight from a 4 hour layover to 8 hours. When we asked if they can switch us to another flight with a shorter layover (which we found on there site) they said we would have to pay $200 to cancel, plus fees the airline may have and rebook. Otherwise accept the 8 hour layover. I thought they are suppose to give you the best option if they change your flight provided the flight is not full (which it wasnât). I wouldnât use them nor would I recommend them.
