The quality of the items was unbelievably low, even when taking into account that it is an online retailer. I have bought costumes for under AUD$10 that were made of better quality materials and considering the item I bought was AUD$119, I had low expectations but nowhere near this low. They have a return and refund policy, however it requires a back and forth with customer reps offering inadequate alternatives such as a 10% discount on the purchase price. It took four emails insisting on return and refund for them to actually provide the instructions. Another lesson learnt in not relying on the pictures or representations in an Instagram ad.

Dress quality is okay, just that the fabric is thin maybe because of the fabric type. Hope it will not rip quickly.

My purchase was delayed I thought it will not arrived before the day that i neded it but it ended up arriving just in time. Felt relief and really happy.

I was hesitant at first because I'm afraid that it may not really look like with images, but when it arrived I really love the quality and good for it's price. My order arrived on time, nicely packed, and the fit is perfect.

Dress is beautiful and comfortable and I really feel gorgeous when I wore it. Bought a dress and ended up ordering another one. This store is perfect for casual and formal events.

Fabric is decent, it's sligghtly different with the images and in reality. Not amazing but good for the price and excellent customer service they answer all my question and I'm satisfied with it. Just need improvement with the quality and shipping time.

This has quickly become one of my favourite online stores. Love my dress so much. Hope they will have more options.
