Disappointed, never received my money :(

Flip is a scam. They mislead and steal from brands!
They trick you into “approving” free product for influencers, then quietly run orders through your Shopify with no payment, no visibility, and no content in return. We lost thousands in product and shipping costs and got absolutely nothing back. No influencer posts, no reporting, no response from their team. Avoid this platform at all costs. They take your inventory and vanish.

Made $138 on the game payout 2 months since I tried to cash out. No payment and they just give you the runaround.

I used to love this app when it first came out. The products were great, and it focused on makeup, skincare, and a few other items. Over time, it expanded to include more product categories, which was fine—until the focus completely shifted. Now it’s filled with random videos, like it’s trying to be a social media platform for jokes and unrelated content.

What was once a great shopping experience for finding deals and sharing with others has turned into a confusing mix—like a cross between Facebook, TikTok, and an online store. You need to pick a direction and stick with it. Right now, it’s frustrating and annoying to use. But here’s what really did it for me: I came back one last time to find a product I hoped would be a good deal—and I actually did. However, when I went to purchase it, the checkout process completely fell apart. Once the item was in my cart, there was no way to confirm exactly what I was buying. It only gave me a vague, generalized description with no way to verify the color I had chosen, which is crucial for my skin type. That’s unacceptable for a shopping app.

I'd give it 0 stars. I earned 50 bucks by playing games that I had to pay to do. The cash out time they said would be 2-3 days. We're at about day 12 with nothing but lies from them about where my money is. So I thought it must be easy to steal my money over the internet, whole different story in person.Cowards.

App requested lots of data it didn't need, I found out later that it shares data with third parties. This includes location data and photos!!! I deleted my account and the app right away. Be careful with what you download.

We've recently launched our venture on the fraud website "The Flip," the famous marketplace to sell your products. The Flip support team on-boarded us and only told us about how to add products. Their negligence of their platform transparency led us to the loss of $12,000. We uploaded our products for sale and on their OTH program (Free Products) too. Flip orders came without any mention of which order is free and which order is paying us. In each order, all amounts were stated perfectly. As the new business on Flip, we shipped each and every order as we were unable to see the order status. After a month, when we asked Flip for the payout, they told us that 95% of your orders came from the OTH program and you won't be able to get its money. After digging in the Flip, we got to know that many of their updates are hidden. We are still unable to identify which orders are from the OTH program and which ones are generating revenue for us. The reviews coming from OTH are useless videos; their influencers uploaded the videos of their own self-branding, where we got the videos of girl dates, women's soccer matches, cooking videos, another product video, different language songs, and dancing videos where we were not able to see our product in those videos. In a few reviews, people clearly said that they paid for this OTH product. After checking by ourselves, we created a buying account and went to our brand. After selecting our product for free, when we went to the checkout page, the Flip asked us to pay. After emailing them again and again, Flip suspended our 1 brand over their platform. With two brands on Flip, Flip defrauded us of $12,000, and now they are ghosting us when we started to share proofs with them.

Flip App is the biggest scam on earth! Don’t sell your products on Flip! You’ll never get your money on orders customers place! I don’t get it why this SCAMMER is still around! A group of guys got together and came up with an idea of scamming people through an app! If you’re reading this, heed the warning ‼️

They are NO longer paying .10cents or more for your engagement after 30 days from posting clips and flips. I did reached my first goal which was $30 in May but since June is now here, I've been noticing they're NOT even paying out .10 cents or more per view/comment and share anymore for some reason. Even when I do debates (which I know EVERYONE are now saying to do), it's still the same therefore, the debates makes no difference with the payout.

What I have experienced with fip is they sell Fake 925 sterling silver garbage.
ive had orders canceled stating no stock was available. and that order discount gets used up and no person to help is so frustrating.
other products like kitchen items such as pans are expensive trash. my non stick pans couldn't cook an egg or anything at all without sticking after a week of light use. and so on. i have got a couple items i like but they are in reality cheaper if i purchased from amazon or walmart. and in those places you get customer service that can help.

I cancel my order and they right away to delete my account just because I cancel my order u have no rights to do this if ur customer is unhappy n doesn’t want the item and u right away to cancel my account so I couldn’t sign in back ur very rude. Nvr ever trusted this flip apps

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. There is no such thing as customer service with Flip. You will only communicate with a AI bot and you will get nowhere. Also beware of fake/counterfeit goods, yes even skincare and makeup. They have a history of selling counterfeit products in several different departments. Buyer beware

They take forever to transfer your money and hold onto your earnings until eternity. People have bills to pay and cannot wait on you to release funds whenever you see fit.
