I had a great experience working with Brandon and his team — truly professional people who know exactly what they’re doing. Brandon helped me a lot throughout the entire process, always patient, responsive, and full of valuable insights. He took the time to explain every detail and made sure I fully understood each step.

Sean Terry is the real deal. He has over 20 years experience in the business and a wealth of information. Not only will you get to know how to a deal from start to finish but you will learn to navigate very complex situations that will come up if you do this long enough. Getting access to a wealth of knowledge and how to navigate upcoming changes in the industry and staying competitive to keep doing deals is alone worth the money. Highly recommend one of the best in the industry to learn from.

I used to be a fan of flip 2 freedom. I bought a few of his courses but at the end he didn’t do what he said on his last course which was “The Escape Plan”It was supposed to be the most in depth course and was promised when purchased it would be regularly updated when the market changes. 4years later and nothing updated or never responded to whenever I would ask in the discord,fb group,or coaching calls about any updates. Keep your money to me there are better places to invest your money. I’m not happy at all

Deal Syndicate has been an incredible program since I started. The community is incredibly supportive, helping everyone with aspects they may not be familiar with. It’s an outstanding environment for learning and growth, accessible to all members.

Hi there! My name's Celine and I wanted to come on here and write an honest review.
I stumbled on Sean Terry's Flip 2 Freedom program with ZERO real estate background and a reluctance to phone conversations/. Little did I know, this encounter would shape my life in ways I never imagined possible.

First off, Sean Terry's program didn't just teach me the mechanics of wholesale real estate... it instilled in me a newfound confidence and connected me with a community of like-minded individuals. As a shy person, stepping into the world of real estate seemed daunting, especially the prospect of engaging in making calls and talking to people. However, F2F provided not only the knowledge but also the SUPPORT, MENTORSHIP, and the PUSH I needed to overcome my doubts and overthinking.

Okay so check this out.....what sets Sean's program apart is its emphasis on taking action and personal responsibility. It's NOT a magic pill for success either... but it's like a blueprint for those willing to roll up their sleeves and put in the work. This program isn't for the faint of heart or those seeking shortcuts. It's for individuals ready to hustle, learn, and grow.

Through F2F, I've not only closed deals $$$$$ within the past 2 years, but also transformed into a confident, proactive boss lady/entrepreneur. I've learned to embrace challenges, hone my negotiation skills, and build relationships with my clients and partners. More importantly, I've found a community of driven men & women who share the same passion and determination, which was really important for me.

To be honest, if you're looking for a program that will hand you success on a silver platter, Flip 2 Freedom is not for you. That would be like a scam or a "Too Good To Be True" program huh? But, that's like anything in life right? You must nurture/put in the work in something so small/new, watch it grow, and then reap the benefits. So, if you're willing to invest your time, energy, and willingness to learn into your real estate journey, Sean's program will provide you with the tools, support, and mindset necessary to thrive.

In the end, this is what I'm trying to say... Sean's F2F isn't just a real estate program. I found it as a transforming experience that empowers individuals to break free from their limitations (like myself) and achieve their dreams. If you're ready to take charge of your future, quit your 9-5 JOB, and join a community of driven individuals, I highly recommend giving F2F a try. It continues to work for me and I hope it will for YOU too.

This may sound like an exaggeration but Sean Terry & the Deal Syndicate program with Flip2Freedom literally saved my life. Being a prior US Navy veteran & Christian by background, I immediately gravitated towards Sean after learning that he doesn't just teach from theory and that he's actually still in this business and still in the trenches, having done this for over 20 years now. I learned that we share common core values and that was important for me because it helped to develop great amounts of trust & belief in the system early on.

At the time when I started the program in 2022, I had already left the military a few years prior. I was burning myself out and working full-time, 60-80/hrs a week as an electrical engineer. Outside of that, I was running two other businesses & I needed a way out. Despite not having a real estate background, wholesaling always piqued my interest & I knew that Sean was the go-to guy for this based on doing my own research and due diligence.

I will say I was not an overnight success, but I followed the system and did everything that was taught. I attached myself to my Deal Syndicate mentor's hip, and followed the blueprint to every detail. I got several contracts within my first few months but only closed my first deal after 5 months for $13,000!!!

After getting my first check, it snowballed into me getting my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and so on. My first year in business, I made nearly $300,000 and left my engineering career forever!!!

I purchased the Deal Syndicate from Sean Terry back in Nov. of 2023. Along with Deal Syndicate also purchased Retail Buyer Profits, PPC Secrets, and Lead Generation Boot Camp. With everything I would say I spent 10,000. At first, my thoughts were positive about the program and even landed a deal where we made 15,000 with the help of another teacher/mentor in the program. So at this point, I was looking forward to the program and the future. Then I ran the numbers In a matter of 3 months from the time I started to close I had spent 4,500 in Google ads keep in mind these ads were set up exactly how Sean teaches in the program and even paid one of his experts to review my ads. So after getting 15,000 had to pay the guy that helped 50% so that was 7500 and then had to cover what I put on the card so 4500 plus cover the next 60 days of ads of 3000. The only one who made money on this was the guy who was helping me close my first deal. Kinda a joke we took all the risk and he made all the money.

During the first 90 days, they include weekly zooms but after those 90 days they charge you $500 per month to attend these zooms and that's after spending 10,000 in training and events. From what I can tell Sean, it's just doing a money pole and it's extremely greedy, and DO NOT recommend his program at all.

6 months later I had made no money from his program and still had 4,600 of credit card debt that I had to pay off. Luckily I found a program that is $20 per month that works been a part of it for 60 days and already profited 3,300 profit without spending a ton get this they don't charge you for their live and training below Sean's out of the water.

I do not recommend this program at all there's no reason or benefit to join. They are literally just going to drive every penny out of your bank account and make you feel like it's a good thing. Total SCAM

I took Sean's Down payment arbitrage, remote millions, and ppc secrets course. I did six figures prior to this course in real estate but I didn't even realize how much money I was leaving on the table. Sean's down payment arbitrage course is possibly the best investment I've ever made. This guy undoubtedly knows real estate and is a great teacher. Thanks for all you do Sean!

This guy Sean Terry is not a real estate investor he is just a sales guy promoting real estate theory that does not work in real life....What he doesn't tell you is that wholesaling is not an sustainable business model when you have no money no nothing because every state, city, have different laws and you can fall in an area that you are brokering deals without a real estate license if you get sued by the homeowner when you never intended to buy the property and really had no money to buy it is flat out real estate Fraud!!!!.....If you Google his name all you see is his self marketing materials nothing indicating that he has bought anything outside his self promotion...I talk to people in Arizona real investors an nobody knows this guy he owns nothing he is flat out just doing real marketing selling stuff that doesn't work in real life.....No escrow company will do a double escrow homeowners are not giving their property away for pennies on the dollar this guy is not a real estate investor FACTS!!!.. I think Sean Terry is a real estate wholesaling guru. I purchased and completed his Remote Millions real estate wholesaling course and could not be happier with the course. I found Sean and his staff knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. However, in my circumstances I have found his 1st Check Challenge, to personally not be worth the $5000 (US, $7500AUD) fee I paid. I understand that there is no guarantee to make your first deal or earn a certain amount and that fees are not refundable with regards to this. I have no problem with that. However, having completed the remote millions course which covers everything, I did not find that the 1st check challenge provided much value to me. It is really suited to people who have not purchased any of Sean's other courses. I believe that a position on the 1st check challenge mentoring program should not have been sold to me and that the full course fee should be refunded. If you are just getting into real estate wholesaling and looking for a great program then this is for you. If you have already done one of Sean's courses or already have your systems in place and an overview of the whole process or already wholesaling then this course will not provide you with real value.

Sean has a top notch program ! He is very specific in what you need to know to get into the wholesaling business

This course is incredible! Delivers above and beyond what I initially thought (great resources, links to other sites to order signs, postcards, etc.). I feel confident that I can immediately start wholesaling with the proper framework to scale. Thank you!

F2freedom is the best and I’m just getting started if you put in the work anything can happen just have to believe in yourself
