Libbi was incredible and saved our project - we couldn’t have asked for more. The level of work she does is exceptional and her positive energy and friendly persona made the whole experience completely effortless and stress-free too. She has an excellent eye for design as well so whether you needed her to work to a plan or bring her own style to rooms you’re less sure about, she will deliver. 10/10

Libbi was amazing from start to finish. Her communication, timing and standard of work was excellent. Couldn’t recommend more!

I had water damage from a leaking roof, which had caused cracks and brown patches over the walls and ceiling. So when Libby came out to discuss what needed doing I felt confident she would be able to sort this out. I was also going to be away, and she's such a lovely lady I felt confident leaving her with a key. While we were away, Libby kept in contact with us with updates, which was great. It was lovely to come back to both
a decorated bedroom and bathroom. I also had another room, which had become a dumping ground, and couldn't get around to sorting it out. After talking it through with Libby, she gave me the motivation I needed. And am well on the way to have it ready to use as the craft room i always wanted.

After recently moving into my nice but rather 'tired' 20 year old flat, I knew in order to make it really feel like home, the whole space needed to be redecorated in one go. I realised to achieve this considerable task I needed the skills of a professional interior design & decoration service.

Flip responded promptly to my enquiry by arranging for Libbi to call and discuss my preferences on colour schemes, the choosing and sourcing of decorating materials, suggestions for new furniture/decorative items to enhance the overall transformation, including advice on colour coordination and decluttering.

Libbi brought such enthusiasm and care to her work and delivered an excellent job of creating the fresh, clean look I wanted for my new home.

This was a surprise gift from my adult children . A complete makeover of my lounge and hallway . I couldn’t have chosen the decor and colour scheme better it was perfect . The choice of colour scheme was stunning . I was just so thrilled with it . It was like the fairies had been in my home . It was all clean , tidy and welcoming on my return from my holiday . I didn't no what I wanted and but i new i wanted to a change gave some ideas and the surprise was amazing my home was fresh flipped and clean I am.now proud of my home and love showing it off ! Thank you flip for changing my home and bringing it back to life

Amazing experience from start to finish!
Came round a few weeks before 'decorating day' to discuss what we were looking for and the vision we had. We discussed a few options but overall decided we were happy enough to trust Libbi's judgment on the whole thing and decided to have it as a surprise while we were away on holiday! ❤️
Wow wow wow! When we got home it was better than we imagined and the room/house was left immaculate!
I can honestly say we have had the best sleep ever since! The relaxing feel we get walking into 'our room' and darker walls really help us stay in a deep sleep! I can not thank Flip and Libbi enough for everything and highly recommend to everyone!
