I just got and so far I am loving it

I was skeptical when I ordered this! Ad looked great, but AI can make anything look great, but we decided to try it anyhow. It works great! I was highly impressed. The ONLY reason I gave this a four- Star and not a 5- star review was because of the shipping time. I'm used to Amazon shipping times. This reminded me of TV ads when I was a kid and they would say "allow 6-8 weeks for delivery." The payment was processed in the UK and the brush shipped from Greece. At least it wasn't China!

The grooming tool is great and works as advertised. It is perfect for my German Shepherd.

The pens came out nice and exactly as pictured. I thought it would have been a little heavier. Great gift for someone in the military. Thanks

Bigger than I thought which makes it nice. Use mostly clipping tops together.

Ordered product then received email updates of shipping status every couple of days. Total ship time from order to receipt was about 10 days. No problems.

I was amazed that it actually worked on my Golden retriever and she didn't even care. She started falling asleep. Previously with other grooming tools she would be trying to bite it. But not this one.

Took way too long to leave Ireland. Once in US I got it in a couple of days.

Nothing to complain about here. Just didn't know it was coming from outside the USA.Its all good.

Perfect for our long hair cat. The poodles it works, take extra care with the curls. But it definitely works as it says it does.

I was not impressed with the tracking app that was provided. The updates were confusing and not accurate. The package was in customs in Ireland for 3 days and then delivered the next day.

Communication was great as to the tracking

Disliked the time period it took to receive my order, especially seeing that the product isn't some intricate handmade item.

So I ordered the pet pro grooming brush through flockcrowd. I got an email saying that I should rate the product. Problem is, I never received the brush. So I email them to let them know I never got the brush. They tell me it was delivered to my porch on July 3rd at 4:03pm. Cool, so I look at my camera footage, no package delivered. I just finished 2 weeks of emailing them back and forth trying to either get a refund or them to send out a new brush, to end up with a letter from Beijing showing they sent it out and there's nothing they will do further. Scam website! Buyer beware. While I understand some people got products successfully from this website, I want to put it out there that this happened to me, and hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else.

On the first try, the bag looked like it did when I threw it into the washer from the bag it came in. Or, nothing in the bag. These do work in front load washers, yes?

Pretty nice, it does what it says and it works, shipping was from France so I really can't complain about the timing, but everything is perfect, I'm very satisfied with this product

After the first use the bristles were falling out.
