they dont like to pay for detention, i move some loads to flock freight in a low price everything was ok. but one of the loads the add 2 more stops and a detention of 5 hours and now emails and emails, calls and calls more than 20 days dealing with that. next time we will skip all this broker loads.

Daystar Logistics delivered freight on 10/16/2025 for Carrier Rep: Brandon O'Neill from Flock Freight. Brandon knew about our factoring company. Factoring Company must have the updated rate confirmation to release payments. I am still trying to get Brandon to contact our office concerning an updated rate confirmation for hours of detention pay. Carriers please take note of this because still no email nor calls from Brandon. Carriers shouldn't have to fight for detention pay. Our company delivered on our promises. I sent another email on today 10/20/2025 to Brandon asking for an updated rate confirmation showing the detention pay and I also included Dat. This is sad. Flock Freight MC-033945
Update 10/28/2025. All emails now are saying they are awaiting update from the customer team. On the afternoon of 10/28/2025 Flock Freight did send the updated rate confirmation with the layover pay. We had to go to higher management but we did get the update rate confirmation.

Paid for a shipment, then was charged a second time for the same shipment twice the amount that I was originally quoted. Fought for 2 months to get my money back and they refuse to refund me. A very dishonest company.

they deducted 279 for lumper and detention. they said they requested numerous times but I dont know to who they made that request.
