The customer service is helpful and responsibe However, this is only helpful for so long because there are constant issues. Im in touch with them as much as my family... do not pay for a 6 month subscription because after you will have constant issues they will refuse a refund.my playlists have been constantly down, buffering, newest shows not available freezing etc. Etc. I would not recomment this service at all. I also payed for the Tivi Mate app as ler their instructions..there were condtant bufferkng issues. They then tell me the Tivimate app isnt the best..... so its been a co plete waste of my money.

Not sure where people are getting 5 star reviews. I've purchased 3 , 1 year subscriptions. Consistent errors . Consistent problems. Absolutely atrocious service! If I could I would say a few swear words. They say they are fixing and *updating and then the next day it goes out again. In the middle of a show, watching an important sports game or trying to find a movie and then it goes out over and over.. been giving them multiple chances but they are an an awful service. DO NOT PAY FOR THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE!

These Floki IPTV people are a bunch of scammers. They confirmed a couple of channel additions before I made the payment, and after the payment, they completely flipped. They are not replying to my calls, and they are not refunding me. They even made the payment from a fake site. Their server drops drastically on weekends. The older movies in their VoD server do not pay at all—only the movie posters are displayed.

Contacted this provider through their WhatsApp number they recommended on their site. After nearly 12 hours I still haven’t received a response. Spend your money with an iptv provider that values their customers. Don’t give your money to people who can not even be bothered to respond. If I needed tech support I probably would have already missed whatever show or event I wanted to see. Response time should be measured in minutes, not hours or days. I would give them a lower score if the option existed.

This is a great service, has everything you need. The best thing is the support offered. Any issues I run into the staff respond extremely quickly and resolve them politely and professionally. Highly recommend!

You must be joking . Freezing all the time.
A bag of crap

After a good trial, I stupidly took a sub out only to find that it was with Flokitv. Bufering. Frezing etc. Initially they responded and promised different log ins. They never came, opened a ticket on 28/9/24 which has been ignored. As have I .

Took absolutely ages to get the sales person to respond to me and even then they couldnt read my messages correctly. Had to go with a different provider and they were happy to lose me as a customer, if the sales is that bad, I'd hate to pay and then need their support. Seems a shame as there are so many good reviews.

Very good response with enquries. App is not very friendly. 50 % of shows have buffering issues. Subtitles are not stable and kept resetting to a different language.

The person that took care of us was helpfull and made sure our playlist was working. Took some time, but we got there.

Can't fault there dedication to resolving buffering issues and technical problems. (Via WhatsApp )we live in a society where we want everything to run smoothly and efficiently24/7. LOL.
They have been very efficient and fast to resolve technical issues. I've given them a 4 star rating as I'm in my 1st year with this server.

Went for the 1 day trial, incredible amount of channels and there was no buffering. Ended up renewing a subscription. Will definitely be buying again soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Has everything. Works as expected and is amazing. High def and smooth, quick streaming.

Belgian channel are constantly stopping after a while.

VOD isn't great, some series or seasons of a series aren't working at all.

I won't renew my subscription
