I am using flow mattress for the last 12-13 months and my back pain is reduced now feeling better than my existing mattress.

Good mattress

This matress so good and very very comfortable

I ordered an Ergo Mattress from Flo Mattress, but I received the wrong and defective mattress. I tried calling customer care many times, but there was no response. After repeated follow-ups, I asked them to pick up the mattress and issue a refund, but it has been a long time and no one has come for pickup and no refund has been processed.

Their customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. Once payment is done, they don’t care about customers. Also, they ask customers to post fake reviews in exchange for Amazon vouchers, which shows most reviews are not genuine.

I strongly suggest people avoid Flo Mattress. Total waste of money and time.

I purchased antigravity mattress that was so good in use they have both side soft and medium firm i think best in budget

The quality of the mattresses is very good, but in my case, they delivered the wrong colour and incorrect dimensions. Customer support asked for a large number of images to verify the issue, and repeatedly requesting similar photos and information only frustrated me further.

You’re fine if you’re lucky enough to receive the correct product on the first attempt. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case for me. In the end, I had to return the mattress, and hopefully in a day or two, this frustration will finally be over.

Got 3 mattresses for our new house. Excellent quality and was very easy to unfold and lay on the bed.

I bought Ergo 8" Mattress from Flo around 10 months back, and it feels pretty comfortable, soft and durable. Definitely recommended!!

Had purchased orth flo mattress 1st in 2023 and 2nd in 2025. They are very comfortable, supports your body well, durable. Better than regular mattress and easy to maintain.
