From start to finish, John and Barry were an absolute pleasure to deal with..professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole process seamless. We couldn't recommend Flood Marine highly enough and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I have been dealing with Barry for a few years now, getting parts sent by courier to Zambia (of all places). He is a pleasure to deal with and today I was delighted when he said parts were being dispatched in advance of us sorting out a transfer after online payment failed. To be trusted like that in this day and age is incredible and that (plus the super fast service) is why I always go to Flood marine. Whether it is a whole gearbox or a couple of filters. 10 out of 10. This is proper customer service and relations. If I could give 11 out of 10 I would.
