The whole experience was a positive one, I just had to say what the occasion was and my flowers were put together for me without me having to choose what I wanted but it was beautifully put together and then delivered so top marks for me 10 out of 10. At a difficult time of organising a funeral for my father, where lots of things needed to be done, Michelle gave us the right guidance in our decision making to ensure that all the floral arrangements where beautiful and at to a high-quality standard – which they were. She did not disappoint! She maintained regular communication from start to finish, was very friendly, accessible, and provided very quick responses to any queries that I had. No special request is out of the question with Michelle, as she is a highly skilled and creative florist, capable of meeting any special floral arrangement requests. She made me Jamaican flag-coloured floral arrangements for the coffin and five floral tributes including two bespoke floral arrangements and provided the arrangements with extra finishing touches which exceeded our expectations. Providing excellent customer service, highly competitive pricing and exceptional value for money - I would highly recommend Floral Glory to anyone and will use them again for any future events or special occasions

I highly recommend floral glory who worked collaboratively with my family and I to create the best experience and memories for my nieces christening and birthday party. They prepared the flower arrangements for the venue and tables and, designed the most amazing balloon and floral backdrop for those treasured photographs with friends and family.

We received such positive feedback from our guests and have recommended them to friends and family.

I lost my mum unexpectedly last year which left me heartbroken and in a really sad place. I saw Floral Glory on a social media site which showed an floral ornament which I thought would make a lovely keepsake.

I contacted the company and spoke to Michelle. Such a wonderful, compassionate and caring person. She took the time to listen to my sad news and was so comforting with her kind words. My keepsake was modified and changed to how I wanted without any qualms and was delivered in person by Michelle.

I really appreciate the compassion shown to me by Michelle at such a difficult time for me and the keepsake I purchased in honour of my mum is beautiful.

Ive ordered different things from this wonderful business, but more recently I had some bespoke gifts made for 2 different baby showers. They loved the gifts so much as they were very different. The service is always amazing and nothing is too small or too big. I would highly recommend Floral Glory.

I had to write this review about the wonderful personalised bouquet of flowers for my sisters 25th Wedding Anniversary. I called Michelle at short notice to see if she could possibly create something special for my sister.

Michelle went above and beyond. I know most people see reviews and think yeah yeah, but no. I have to say. Floral Glory are the real deal. I arrived at a very nice restaurant in London and presented the flowers to my sister and brother-in-law. They were speechless, we had people who were eating their dinner coming over and enquiring where I got the flowers from. It got to a point that we had to put them away as a small crowd started to form around our table to congratulate my sister and enquire about the flowers.

Floral Glory, you have my business. Weddings. Birthdays, Mothers Day, any Occassion. Your designs are nothing like what's currently out there. That was the main speaking point at our dinner. Floral Glory your personalised creations are beautiful. Thank you so much for supporting me with my request and giving me more than I expected.
