Chris comes every month and replaces our display
he is witty and professional friendly he is certainly an asset to the company.
would recommend this service all our visitors think the display is real and often ask if they can buy it.

We order four flower arrangements for our graduation ceremonies and because it's not a long-term rental of flowers, I ask Aaron to give me whatever is nice and the same colour theme.
Every year they are perfect arrangements, but this year, they are extremely beautiful - these year's arrangements, especially the ones with the lilies, they top everything.

Great service and great product. The flowers are often commented on by our own customers who cannot believe they aren’t real !! Thank you to Richard for your amazing service.

Richard is always extremely friendly and helpful when visiting the home to deliver flowers. There is always a great choice and I can't tell you the amount of times we get complimented on how pretty and realistic they are.

Richard visits us one a month to change our flowers and is always very helpful, friendly and have a range of lovely flowers to chose from, however I would suggest if they could add some new colours to their flower range, like red, purple, pink, but add bright colours together with a neutral colour, just a suggestion, sometimes I feel they need to be brighter, Richard always makes sure the flowers are clean and will always check they look lovely before he leaves our Volvo dealership, I would highly recommend Floral Image as the flowers really stand out and make a beautiful impression for when customers come to reception, amazing job Richard, we love our flowers!

Beautiful flower arrangements very well priced, presented and delivered by Richard on a monthly basis. There are several size options available and the quality is exceptional. I use them in a variety of settings for work and am never disappointed. My clients rave about them !!

Richard Mayne from Floral Image comes to visit us more or less monthly and not only he is really knowledgeable with the flowers he is presenting us with, he is extremely patient, kind and fun. We are a care home and Richard knows the resident's names and talks to them as if he would be part of our team, which is lovely!! The residents love when he comes and visit and Richard showcase the residents with multiple flower choices which then are chosen by a majority vote. Our residents have lots of fun and they adore Richard

We love Floral Image here at the Lansdowne Strand Hotel! They fit the image of our pub and we constantly receive compliments on the flowers. They are beautiful, vibrant and always varied in style. Richard is always so polite and friendly and we love having a choice of our lovely flowers!

I work at The Dog and Pheasant and the man who came in to do our flowers was so accommodating and was very nice - what a good person to represent the company!!

I have been using floral image Sussex for many years. Recently however the choice of displays have been limited, also not as clean as in the earlier years and was beginning to decide to cancel after 7 + years.

Unfortunately their new staff member who does our exchange was very abrupt and rude on her first visit.
Her second visit led to her accusing me of theft of a display she saw, picked up and moved in our restroom . I have always exchanged and they have record of this! This accusation was made in my hair salon in front of clients! Very poor customer service.
After explaining I had purchased this display over 3 year ago in a charity shop she still insisted on taking it!
However I refused as legally it belonged to me under the consumer act, no matter how the charity shop had originally obtained it.
This month I was visited by a male employee who insisted on removing it!

I have cancelled my monthly subscription and am disgusted and disappointed in this treatment I have received.

Clearly loyalty is not recognised or appreciated
