This company was recommended through a group on Facebook. Excellent service and prices and really quick responses to queries. I kept checking the prices after booking as free cancellation was included and rebooked twice after the price had reduced. This was all completed quickly and easily with just a whatsapp message to Nathan. Will definitely book again with them and have recommended them to others.

Brilliant service. No hassle and everything explained before you get to the destination so you are well informed when collecting your vehicle. Giod advice on not getting stuck with unnecessary charges.
I personally had cause to make contact to clarify something and I was contacted bqck straight away and everthing sorted. Cant fault the customer service. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I have used FCHFL a couple of times now and have found Nathan brilliant to deal with not only in choosing the perfect car at a competitive price but navigating the various insurance requirements peculiar to the USA and helping to avoid the upselling when you pick up the car. He has always been available even out of what would be considered as 'normal' working hours to amswer any last minute queries or worries. I will definitely be using FCHFL again on our next visit to the States.

This company was recommended time and time again on various Facebook groups which I follow so I decided to use them for a trip I have just completed. Nathan was fantastic. Answering any question I put forward. I accepted a quote about 6 months from my departure date and was very happy with it. The car supplied was through Alamo. I checked the quote with Alamo direct a few times weeks before my departure to see the difference and was always about double the price. The car was a large ford SUV with just over 700 miles on the clock and was an absolute dream to drive. Picking up from the airport and dropping off couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend

Hands down the best florida hire car company by far 5 starts does not do nathan and the company justice this is a 10/10 for price, customer service and piece of mind i will never use anyone else. Top class service

Right, can we talk about how EASY our car rental was in Miami?? 🚗☀️ Genuinely one of the smoothest parts of the whole trip. Nathan was great from the moment I reached out to him — no fuss, no hassle, just sorted. Didn't even have to speak to anyone else — pulled up, and there's just a guy at the end of a row of cars going "take your pick, keys are in them all." That's it. That's the whole process. 😍

And the Jeep we picked? Supercharged and absolutely amazing. 🔥 Cruising round Miami in that thing was a vibe, and then it took us all the way on the road trip to Disney too — genuinely couldn't have asked for a better car for three weeks on the road.

No additional fees at all, which is a huge bonus with American car rentals!
Had a puncture during the rental, decided to contact floridacarhireforless via WhatsApp rather than dollar. The help and advice I received was fast and spot on. Direct emergency number provided and car swapped within an hour.

We've rented three different cars now through Nathan and Florida Car Hire for Less during our stays in Orlando. Our preferred rental company is Alamo and we booked Alamo through this company as it was cheaper than booking direct. The rental booking process was easy and communication from Nathan was excellent and most prompt when I had a wee question about the Alamo skip the counter option. Unfortunately we weren't able to do this on our rentals and meant a short trip to the self service kiosk which literally just took a minute or two before heading direct to the garage. Hopefully the skip the counter option might come in future. Wouldn't hesitate to book with this company again, highly recommended!

We recently hired a vehicle from Florida Car Hire For Less for just over two weeks and I have to say it’s was the most stress free car rental we have ever had. I always have anxiety about collecting a car from a rental company as you don’t know what they will add on or what is or isn’t included, not this time. Everything was clear all the way through the booking and afterwards. The price could not be beaten and the customer service from Nathan was second to none. We will never use anyone else again!!

My second time using these guys. Was first recommended them from a FB page last year, booked a car in Orlando via them and chose a BMW X3 via Hertz.. very happy with the overall experience. Used them again but this time from LAX for a full size SUV via Dollar. Price dropped twice so I ended up cancelling and rebooking which was no issue and Nathan has been very helpful and genuine both times so will always use them for my car rental is America in the future.

The price for car hire in America was competitive and some great advice on the process so that extras aren't added. Very responsive to questions and overall a great experience.

I have used Nathan and this company for our last two visits to Orlando and would highly recommend. We always get the most competitive prices and extra costs are always made clear. Booking process is simple as is payment. Collecting the cars have always been straightforward and this summer we landed at Tampa and were driving to our hotel 30 minutes after landing, online checkout with Alamo was super quick.
