Am fost f.multumita de comanda aleasa de mine.
Livrare la timp si am apreciat faptul ca mi s-a transmis cum arata buchetul ales inainte de livrare.
Mai trebuie lucrat la preturi! Nu sunt chiar mici,comparativ cu alte florarii din vest. ( o spun din experienta)

VERY BAD!
I made 6 orders from last year since now. First one was ok,but after all of them had a lot of issue. I ordered 21 rose,they delivered only 18 and one was only head of rose.
Other time I ordered 31 tulips,they sent only 26... I made an order for my fiancee birthday ,23 rose and a box with chocolate..again was only 20 rose and no chocolate . Now I ordered again, I gave them another chance....BAAAD MISTAKE... they send withered roses ,and on package was write the price of roses...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND

numai cuvinte bune pentru FlorideLux.ro, totul a mers pefect. Usor de comandat si ce am avut de trimis a ajuns la timp. Recomand cu incredere.

I've been a customer since 2017. I can vouch for their beautiful flower bouquets.

I started experiencing some issues towards the end of last year, like the lack of attention to detail. While I am sensitive to the fact that sometimes it is not possible to create a bouquet as pictured on their website, a heads-up for using different flowers would be nice. The most frustrating experience though was with their courier service. The last few bouquets were either delayed or arrived in a deplorable condition.

Customer service on Whatsapp is really responsive, but I find that their response is just an empathetic one. Usually they are apologetic and unable to rectify the issue.

That's my experience in a nutshell...

the team moved quickly in response to the order while placing it, being placed in the first days of the year. the order was placed from italy for a small town.

Clienti - Fugiti de hoti si de mincinosi !
Am comandat doua cosulete de oferit cu ocazia Craciunului cu livrare pentru 27 decembrie intre orele 9 si 16.
Unul din cele doua cosulete a ajuns pe data de 27 decembrie : din compozitia acestui pachet lipsea o sticla de sampanie. Motivul comunicat de companie : "a fost omisa sticla". Greu sa omiti un obiect atat de mare. Minciunile au continuat cand am aflat ca pentru al doilea destinatar, compania mi-a comunicat ca la cererea destinatarului livrarea a fost programata pe 28 : minciuna, caci destinatarul mi-a confirmat faptul ca persoana care livra l-a intrebat daca pe 28 intre ora 9 si 13 se poate efectua livrarea. Dupa aceasta confirmare, livrarea a ajuns intr-un final astazi in jurul orei 17.
Rezultatul debalarii cadoului : cozonac Boromir - pe site era prezentat Panettone Tiramisu, sticla de vin italienesc - pe site era prezentat sticla de vin frantuzesc : valoarea produselor prezentate pe site nu au nicio legatura cu valoarea produselor livrate.
Pentru unul din cele doua cadouri, in descrierea continutului cadoului este stipulat : "...noul cos cu toarta, facut din nuiele albe, este plin cu o sampanie, ...".
Rezultat - pentru compania dumneavoastra sampania este acelasi lucru cu prosecco, caci prosecco ati livrat. Poate in Romania sampania este acelasi lucru cu prosecco, insa cei care vand produse alcoolice ar trebui sa va lamureasca rapid de diferentele dintre aceste produse.
CONCLUZIE :
Companie de hoti si mincinosi, publicitate mincinoasa, servicii lamentabile, niciun profesionalism. Bani furati din buzunarul clientului.
Probabil aceasta e ideea de "start-up nation romanesc".

I am constant buyer from this on-line shop. As I have ordered a funeral wreath in Bucharest with delivery in a different city, Brasov, the second day, I was very close to have my order cancelled. It was 15 minutes before the funeral ceremony started when a different item, a sheaf has been delivered. Some money are supposed to be returned but I have a bitter taste following this new order at floridelux.ro

We ordered few times flowers to be sent abroad, to family and friends; a very efficient and reliable service; really pleased with them; I would certainly recommend and use it again in the future.

Comanda a ajuns in ziua stabilita.
E o placere sa comanzi. Oferte foarte variate.

Am avut o experiență foarte bună să comand de la Flori de lux. Florile au fost livrate în ziua aleasă, cu mesajul personalizat iar, comunicarea cu persoana de la florărie a fost foarte ușoară și eficientă. Recomand!

Era ziua de nastere a mamei mele si florile nu au ajuns. Dezamagita total! Nu merita sa incercati sa faceti cadouri celor dragi prin aceasta firma deoarece este o firma care nu isi respecta clientii si standaredele de livrare.
Regret ca nu am citit review-uri despre aceasta firma.
NU RECOMAND.
