DONT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY! Customer service sucks and the flowers were a joke. Absolutely a joke. Disputing payment as fraud/scam.

This was my first time ordering flowers from the USA and sending to the Philippines. Customer service was very helpful with the questions i had and walking me through payment options. I ordered about 2 weeks before Valentine's Day. Everything was perfect, and it put the biggest smile i have ever seen on my fiancee's face. She loved everything.

Absolutely gorgeous presentation of 24 Pink Rose Bouquet & Large Pink Bear.
Very well packaged, and so surprised how they packed it, and delivered in time for my partners birthday.
But, no call was made that it was being delivered and the communications through 3 different platforms was very slow and or not at all. Nearly thought I was scammed as how poor it was.
My first time trying them and did so as I thought they were a Filipino company, but they're American it seems.
And in that is a problem for any of us from other nations, sending to our loved ones there in the Philippines, as all details are shown in USD, but should be in PHP so we can convert ourselves and not wait to get to final stage in Paypal to find out the cost.
Should be direct payment to Manila, as mine cost about $136USD but in AUD it was $222 so not sure if I'll use them again.
Support a local and not a Yank...

Asked them to update site about their chocolate they sell as allergies exist! Got a rude response. Poor customer service. Waisted money because they are to lazy. Didn't try to correct the issue.

I ordered a red roses bouquet on 10/15/2023 and I was impressed she received it the same day. As first Im kinda worried she might not get it. But after 8-10hrs she received my gift. Will order again here next time :)

In the beginning as a new customer, I've made my first order, a bouquet of red and pink roses, chocolate cake and a box of Ferrero Roche chocolates. I tried to monitor delivery of it from Morning until late afternoon when my recipient finally messaged me about it with photo. I was impressed then.. the arrangement of the red and pink roses looked lovely and professionally done and so was the cake designs...and about the delivery I do understand why it was late to arrive... Manila is always jam packed ... terrible traffic. This is why I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. Hopefully next time, please try your best to make it much earlier than 5 pm. Thanks so much! This event took place on August 23rd, 2023 Po. Sorry it took so long but life gets in the way. Anyway, it was the day before my girlfriend’s birthday and she was at work. She would be off the next day and not easily reachable, so I had to have the flowers and cake delivered that evening before she was to be off work. I was messaging and calling the FloristManila.com the night before but they were not there until the best next morning. My question was if they could deliver in TayTay, Rizal because it was not on the delivery area, and could they deliver that night? So I was able to get an answer by mid-morning and yes they could deliver the flowers and Goldilocks cake that day. I was so happy with no notice basically at all, so I finalized the order online and they then made the delivery shortly after 6pm, which was perfect because the store was less busy and my girlfriend was still at work for another 2 hours. She was so shocked as she has never gotten flowers before that. She was so happy and that made me happy because she is my love and life. Mirami mirami mirami salamat po to Florist Manila.com . I will use them again because they were so great! The cake was delicious and the flowers were such high quality they said. Thank you to everyone involved. 🥰❤️

Excellent service from a true Filipino teamwork! I ordered my flowers for delivery last minute from the florist...it had to happen or my wife would not talk to me....rest assured we are still together and very happy because the flowers made it to her timely!

Disappointed with the delivered sympathy spray. It looks way too cheap and unpolished compared to the advertised product

They were able to deliver the Sympathy flowers really quick! In just about 4 1 /2 hours from the time I ordered online. The family appreciated the arrangements. I gave them 4 stars because the arrangements was slightly different from the website pic. It was not as full as it should be. But overall, it's still nice and beautiful. Thank you!

Extremely rude customer service. This is the last message they sent on Facebook before blocking me "Sir we don't give a f*k to this kind of customer and take this order in your ass and make yourself like a peacock, that is why we shown this kind of manner to you."

FloristManila did such a great job in attentively and carefully selecting, preparing, and delivering my gift orders for my sister and mother. The gift presentation was beautiful and the delivery was done with care and timeliness. Both my sister and mother were very much delighted with the good delivery service and the neatly packaged gifts that looked so lovely once they’ve opened them (flowers, teddy bear, cake, and fruit basket). It was June 1 when ordered sympathy flowers. Confirmed date of delivery was June 2, midday. I paid the full amount thru GCASH. Unfortunately, till today (June 4) there's no flowers, no updates. I demanded refund, but they don't answer our calls and texts. This is my first and last order.

Another successful transaction with you guys. Thank you for delivering the flowers to my Nanay a day ahead of Mother's Day.

Those who are not happy with this company, i am sorry for your bad experiences. I hope the company sorts things out for you.

I am not affiliated with the company in any way, shape or form. Just a satisfied customer from the UAE. Positive experiences both in February for my Nanay's birthday and again today for Mother's Day. Definitely won't be the last. I will post again on my next one, good or bad.

Scam scam scam. Beware of this flowershop. I think the 5 stars' rating came from the SCAMMERs themselves. Until now, no flower was delivered and no refund whatsoever. Poor people, hope you can sleep soundly at night knowing that you've done wrong to others. And ya, the flowers I ordered was not the one delivered so I considered that no flower at all...Give back the refund dude. The one you delivered doesn't even cost 500php and I paid 9700php. How's that???!!!!

This is the worst florist I ever ordered from. DO NOT ORDER from them.
I ordered 12 red roses from them for my wife for our 10th anniversary and paid $50 (PHP 2500) for it. What was delivered looked nothing like the description online. Neither the size of the roses, nor the wrapping matched.
I tried to call them but none of there listed numbers work. They also have a U.S. number listed, which belongs to an insurance company in the States.
The only way to get someone to respond was through FB Messenger and that person was rude and refused to give me the name and contact information of his supervisor.
I wish I could attach the pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered.
My wife also bought me 12 red roses but at MarketMarket. They are beautiful long stem red roses and she only paid 600 pesos for them. So you are better of getting it there. Just don't order from this company.

Great Service! The order was done online; pain-free and they accept PayPal payment. Floral selections are reasonable and in US dollars. Very timely response to couple of inquiries via messenger. I placed order on 12/21/2020 from USA and they were able to deliver same day (12/22/2020 Manila time). They don't have reviews available via Google but if they do, I would give it another 5 star. THANK YOU.
