Did not receive the order. Seems to be fake!

Update: Its scam, they ripped me. They say the flowers have been delivered but they were not

Flowers were not delivered on the requested date. The recipient had to pick them up in a flower shop herself, two days after the date indicated in the order. The customer service was unable to provide an explanation other than 'we are trying to contact the supplier'. What was meant as a nice surprise for a 85 year old grandma turned out to be a major inconvenience for her. However, in the end they reimbursed the service fee.

BE CAREFUL!!!
My wife has never received the flowers and when I asked via email what happened to the bouquet, I didn't receive any response. I tried to contact them a second time asking to be refund because the dedaline was already passed and, again, I didn't receive any repsonse.
The flowers have not been delivered neither the day after.
Don't trust this website.
