I ordered sunflowers for my partner, sunflowers were specifically what I wanted as there is a personal reason for them. What arrived were not sunflowers. I have no idea of the value of what was received but I do know that what I ordered is not what arrived.
Apparently this company reserve the right to change / substitute your order based on their supply, they do this without notifying you. So they clearly do not have a duty of care to their customers, some who require specifics.
Now they have offered to collect the flowers that were received for a refund. So they are prepared to go to the recipient and take what they incorrectly supplied back from their hands, with zero care for the wellbeing of the person they will be taking them back from.
Flowers are usually sent as an emotive gesture. The fact that this company do not honour your order and are prepared to go and take back what they incorrectly delivered is beyond belief, they could be knocking on the door of a grieving family member just to claw back what they incorrectly supplied so that the sender can be refunded. What happens to the flowers they collect? Theyâll go straight in the bin hopefully, but maybe they would then resell them to somebody else. Flowers & Plants co should be addressing their errors without disturbing the recipient and honouring their mistakes by refunding orders that are evidently not as described.
Clearly wonât be using this unprofessional outfit again. I suggest you donât either.

I ordered flowers for the 1/1 2024 which I could also see on my receipt, and I put a note in my order "If Jan 1st delivery isn't available then cancel my order.". They did not cancel my order. I want my money back.
Terrrible company and poor customer service
I ordered a bouquet of flowers, meant to arrive on Thursday 30th by noon. Unfortunately, I did NOT receive the flowers before noon. I rang several times in the day for an update. Customer service is terrible, the ladies I spoke to had no clue about my order. Poor communication!!!Each time I called I was given mixed information about my order. I was told my order is out for delivery at 7pm.
The delivery driver delivered at MIDNIGHT ,left it aside in my front garden without ringing the doorbell. Terrible service!!!

I ordered red and white sheaf and a white spray both in a deluxe size for my fathers funeral. They arrived the day before but were two bouquets.
When I rang I was advised that flowers arenât delivered in an arrangement if ordered outside London, which I understand but wasnât not made aware and no info on their website to advise.
They asked me to email so I could be compensated, Iâve chased three times since but no reply.

I ordered some flowers Friday 6 October and was advised theyâd be delivered on the 7th.
No delivery by Monday 9 October so I rang them and was advised the delivery was delayed as the order was for an address outside of London but I was assured of the delivery by 6pm that night.
No delivery has happened so Iâve cancelled the order.
Poor service
Ordered flowers for a relatives birthday. By the second day half the flowers where dying and one rose was rotten so must have been put in the display like this. The relative didnât say anything about the poor condition of the flowers as they didnât want to seem ungrateful so it was until I visited I noticed it. Flowers & Plants refuse to do anything as they were contacted 3 days after delivery instead of 2 days, even though the photos were taken on the second day. Poor flower quality and poor customer service.

Really deceitful. Picture on website was beautiful, I upgraded to large bouquet and it was smaller than a £20 bouquet from M&S. on querying I was told the picture is of a deluxe size even though price underneath is for a regular. Misleading! Do not use!

Delivered to wrong house, ruined surprise!
Ordered flowers for my Wife and delivered to wrong address. Courier provided picture of delivery, but not my house. Told to go back and sort and had knocked on my door speaking to my Wife about how he's delivered to wrong house and has totally ruined the surprise. I now have to go and knock on my neighbour's door and retrieve them myself, which again has ruined the point of having flowers delivered!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers in December for an AM delivery.
Their courier hadn't delivered them in time. So I cancelled and requested my refund, they agreed and confirmed this will be processed.
5 weeks later I am still chasing my refund. Th communication is non existent and the refund looks as if it will never happen.
Poor company, poor service and to be honest poor judgement from me. Best to stick to mainstream suppliers because these lot are very, very, VERY poor.

Do not buy your flowers from this scam company! You will spend a fortune just for your flowers to turn up dead, scattered around in the delivery box, and half the size the website shows (even smaller than the small bunches they show) I have tried to get in contact with them 3 times regarding my complaint, to no avail. Others have had the same issue I see. Don't use, go to Waitrose for a lot cheaper and nicer flowers!
