I ordered dozen in a half of long stem white roses for my aunts funeral. Im so hurt broken by the arrangement. I was expecting a really stand out vase of long stem roses. They were least to say sad. I've often bought flowers from floral shops but nothing like this. And they are not accommodating . You will need to email customer service to get help,Im still waiting for the result of that e-mail. No one wants to email anyone when time is of the essence. Anyway I can write a book on this ordeal. I just wanted the beautiful arrangement of flowers to send off my aunt or my MONEY BACK!!

Not convinced this local, terrible customer service
I called and sure where the person was at approximately 11:30, for same day delivery, they didn’t put my order in until after 2pm too late for same day. Then I’m told they don’t have what I asked for. Worst customer service ever. I’ve ordered flowers many times and try to use local florists for the area. I’ve never had an issue, I even told them after they called me 3 times I will not use them again. Now I’m concerned the bouquet I’m sending will be awful. I do not recommend

I was told this was a local florist. It is not! I spent over $200 for a funeral wreath and requested a picture as I would not be able to be at service. I certainly got advertisements but not a picture. Now I do not know what if anything was delivered to funeral. I did get charged. They had all my information.

One star is too much!! Extremely disappointing and shady experience. I called to send flowers to my mom in Cross Hill, SC and was told they could deliver the same day. The representative even suggested a specific arrangement and offered me a discount. I asked if there was a website where I could view the arrangements first, was told yes, and then placed my order online. Within 5 minutes, my order was canceled with no explanation. When I contacted customer service, they said they were “out of flowers” and had no idea when they would get more. If that was the case, why was I told same-day delivery was available and encouraged to place an order? Taking orders when you can’t fulfill them is misleading and a waste of customers’ time. Very unprofessional business practices.

I ordered flowers for a friend's funeral the day before it was to be held. I informed them of the date, time and location of the funeral. They said they could deliver on time since they were located in the same town. I told them what arrangement I wanted and gave them all the information needed. Thought all was well. The flowers were never delivered. I received an email after the funeral that they were unable to fill the order due to supply issues. I placed this order over the website as well as over the phone. No one said anything about this particular arrangement not being available at that time. This is what their website states:
"VI. Substitution Policies
If a floral container or vase is not available a similar container will be substituted.
Flower arrangements and assorted flowers, if some flowers are not available, we will substitute other kinds of flowers at equal or greater value.
Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value within the same category."
There were no substitutions made and nothing was sent. They did give me a full refund though. I checked with other flower companies about their billing also. Beware of service charges that other companies say are not right. I called to inquire about this and the lady I was talking to hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on again. I will not do business with this company again and tell others to not use them.

I ordered flowers from this site yesterday for my friend's b-day. They e-mailed at the end of the day claiming that they ran out of flowers. I called this morning and even stated that because they were late that they would make up for the delay. When I called multiple times to check on the order, I received the run around. I even asked them what their physical location was and they did not know. I am reporting them to the bank and please let other knows when ordering on-line make sure they have a physical location.

I was on the phone for 20 minutes with someone at their floral shop, taking exact order of what I needed to be delivered. The person taking my information even put me on hold to go confirm that she did have fresh peonies and took all of my information for charging this arrangement to be delivered. I didn’t hear from my friend who I sent the flowers to therefore I inquired and was told the shop sent me an email yesterday with a full refund saying they had no fresh flowers. I would’ve certainly appreciated a phone call more so I could’ve decided to either order something different but now I told them I am going with another florist.

Don't Waste Your Money
This website promises same day delivery, but 30 minutes after I placed my order (for $100+ flowers BTW) my order was cancelled due to "supply issues". As a company that claims to provide personal and attentive service on every order, and "commits" to quality and reliability, they handled the order cancellation VERY poorly. There was no offering any help to revise my order for different flowers, or changing my delivery date if that was the issue. Nothing. Just a cancellation. Super unprofessional, and I will not be ordering from them again.

They should be shut down and charged with fraud.

Ordered $128.00 deluxe flower arrangement. What was delivered was a joke and didn't resemble the picture on the website. The picture stated Deluxe (as shown). Don't waste your money or embarrass yourself.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not deliver flowers on the scheduled day, and then lied and said the flowers were delivered. When I called to question them I was told the order was pending. I told them to cancel the order on a phone call and also by email. Two days later my credit card was charged. This is a scam. I would leave zero stars if I could.

Zero stars is too many. This place is a scam. Never order from them. I received an email 30 minutes before my flowers were scheduled to be delivered to our sweet daughter-in-law. Not going to be delivered and no alternatives offered. Absolutely horrible. On Thursday (4/2/26), I ordered a casket spray for my baby grandson that had passed away. It was to be delivered to the church on Monday (4/6/26). On Saturday (4/4/26), I called them to verify the order and to get the dimensions of the spray to ensure it would fit on such a small casket. They verified the measurements and assured me that it would be delivered by 8:30 AM on Monday.
On Monday morning at 8:00 AM I received a voicemail that they were cancelling the order due to supply issues. ONE HOUR BEFORE THE FUNERAL!!!!! There was no way of getting a replacement done at another local florist because the local florists did not even open until 9:00 am, which is the time the funeral started.
I was so upset. They could have notified me of "supply issues" the day before, or two days before when I called to verify the order. If they had notified me sooner, I could have ordered a replacement.
I am so disgusted with this company!!! How can you do such a thing when we are already going through so much anguish?

They said they would credit me the payment of the spray. Which did show up initially on my credit card as a pending credit, and then a few days later it disappeared. I had to dispute the original charge with my credit card and after they looked into it, they credited my account.
This company is HORRIBLE!!!!! They should have to pay for damages because of the emotional trauma they caused! The last thing I needed to worry about on the day my daughter buried her baby was the damn flowers!
FALSE ADVERTISING
Same experience that others are posting. The flowers I ordered for my co-workers B'day were NOT what showed up. And I paid for the 'deluxe' version. VERY DISAPPOINTING. They did respond to my email with their policy on substitutions. Ok fine but I did not receive any call or text to let me know there would be substitutions. And the substitutions were horrible. I am receiving a $15 credit on a $60.00 order. I will not use them again
Poor customer service and late delivery.
When I placed my order online, the total cost was not disclosed until after I received a confirmation email, which included a $19.99 service fee. Had this fee been transparently displayed during the checkout process, I would have chosen a different provider.
- I emailed a request to change the delivery address on the evening I placed the order. The reply I received the next morning ignored this request. When I followed up by phone at 10:00 AM, I was told the change could not be made because the flowers were already out for delivery. (At the time I understood their explanation)
- Despite being told the flowers were out for delivery this morning, they have still not arrived as of 3:30 PM.
- When I requested to speak with a manager, the operator, J.C., was hesitant to provide information. I was eventually told the manager, Joey, was unavailable. The operator also refused to provide a direct phone number for management.
I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding fees and the poor coordination of my delivery and customer service.
