I sit at a computer all day and by Friday my neck and upper back are usually wrecked. Been doing the routines for about a month now and the difference by end of week is huge, I'm not coming home with that tightness between my shoulder blades anymore. The voice cues are really helpful for keeping form right too.
Only a week in and my lower back…
Only a week in and my lower back already feels different when I wake up. Not fixed obviously but noticeably better. Excited to keep going.
Be careful with them.
It's hard to keep it going and then you have to go back to the beginning again. So I stopped using it, and eventually forgot about it. Then I get an email saying "This confirms your purchase of $159." They never sent me a reminder. I had to pay for a whole other year without any intention of using it. And they don't seem to have an app, so it's not on my phone. I know when to cancel all my other subscriptions because they're all there together on my phone. But since Flowmo is just a website, it's easy to just forget it. Also, it's hard to find the membership area. They make it difficult to cancel. They did offer me half the money back and allow me to use it for the next year (which I will not even be doing!) but it's not ethical to renew without notice, and I believe in most states it's actually illegal now.

Not individualized at all. Not worth the money
The program isn't actually individualized at all. I am a yoga and Pilates instructor with scoliosis and mild kyphosis so I was hoping my program would focus on t-spine and shoulders and mobility. Instead I got a bunch of classes for hip mobility (I can do the splits, both front and middle, ma'am) and beginner Pilates core work. I also had a lot of trouble accessing my account the first 2-3 days after my payment went through each month. Would only recommend to people who don't work out who are looking for a general program that would help them to find some improvement in posture

I like the variety of exercises focused on the back and also the pleasant, understandable voice of the instructor
Great Program
I am just starting this program, but I really love it. I am 65 years old and have fought bad posture most of my life. I have tried many programs, but this one is by far the best I have tried. The instructions are clear, and there is constant reminders/corrections which help me a lot. It is not too time consuming. I can actually tell that my posture is better on the days I do the program. I am excited to hopefully see some changes, even at my age.

This is a great way to start my day. I'm finally building a routine for back flexibility, mobility and strength. I like the hoops in each direction for the thoracic spine, and the warrior 1 repeating on each side.
