**Subject: Unpaid Earnings, Unsubstantiated Fraud Allegations, and Refusal to Release Payments – Fluencify**

I am filing this formal complaint against Fluencify due to the company's failure to pay my outstanding earnings and its unfair handling of allegations of fraudulent views on my videos.

Fluencify has flagged my payments as canceled or withheld, claiming that my video views involve fraudulent activity. However, the company has failed to provide clear and convincing evidence to support these accusations. Despite this, my payments have not been released.

To make matters worse, Fluencify is now demanding that I submit videos of every single piece of content I have published, claiming that all of them are associated with fraudulent activity. This request is excessive, unreasonable, and places an unfair burden on me, especially when the company has not provided specific evidence or a transparent explanation of the alleged violations.

I have fulfilled my responsibilities as a content creator and expect to receive the compensation I have legitimately earned.

**I am formally demanding the following:**

1. Immediate payment of all outstanding earnings owed to me.
2. A detailed explanation and verifiable evidence supporting the fraud allegations.
3. An end to unreasonable and excessive requests for additional documentation.
4. Confirmation that my account and subscription will be closed once my outstanding payment has been settled.

I do not wish to continue my relationship with Fluencify under these circumstances. I simply want to receive the money I have earned and close my registration with the company.

It is unacceptable for a company to withhold payments based on vague allegations without providing transparent evidence or a fair resolution process.

**I expect Fluencify to take responsibility, release my outstanding payment, and resolve this matter immediately.**

If this issue is not resolved, I will consider pursuing other appropriate channels to recover the money owed to me.

Skulle jag kunna ge noll stjärnor till appen så skulle jag gjort det. Jag gjorde de fem ”warm up” dagarna för att få första sign up bonusen. Dagen efter den femte dagen så fick jag bekräftat att jag kunde hämta ut mina pengar. Jag höll på ca fem timmar men appen laggade varje gång jag skulle välja utbetalning och kundservice var inte till hjälp alls, de skrev bara att dom inte visste vad det berodde på. Hade fått ihop ca 600kr totalt med de visningar jag fått, men fick aldrig mina pengar. Konstiga direktiv när man skulle lägga ut videos. Ladda inte ner!!

Time wasting

In the start I was very excited to start working with this platform especially for their 5 day warm up $50.00 Bonus event. However, The platform would tell me to create a video one way and when I did it exactly as it asked it would get denied and told I should do the complete opposite of the examples and briefts it showed me. I will be avoiding this company after making my $50.00 if I get there.
