Today, we used the services of United Airlines and were quite surprised by the extremely unfriendly conduct of the airline's staff in the airport.

If your flight is cancelled you can expect to stand around in the airport for an extended period of time, United staff will most likely have very little knowledge about what happens next, you will get to see older people completely unsupported and confused by the situation (we had to pay for a woman to get to a hotel for the night because united fobbed her off with a text for a free lyft when she had no idea how to use lyft), they will give you food vouchers which will not include the cost of any alcohol, you will hace a humiliating experience if you try to actually use the vouchers. They will send you to a hotel without checking the hotel had a room available for you.

Poor customer service, horrible experience, lost bags, canceled flight, no notice. No help!!! No refunds!
