Proactively reduced a stop
The airline made changes to my schedule from their end and Shafil used the opportunity to negotiate with the airline and reduce one stop on my flights to India . Shafil looks out for his customers even after the tickets are booked.

I have had a great experience with the Flyairzone
I have had a great experience with the booking agent/client management team, specifically with Mr. Harun. The service provider is professional and responds promptly. I highly recommend Flyairzone. It would be great if they offer occasional discounts to some EU destinations (Vienna, Brussels, Frankfurt, Paris, Switzerland, Prague), as they do for the US Travel destinations on their websites.
