Pathetic
Pathetic. Absolutely Pathetic.
Hands down the most unprofessional service I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Every failure is wrapped in an even more ridiculous excuse.
A special mention for Mr. Prem, who sent a cab with non-functional windows for a drive-through tour. When questioned, he defended it with absurd claims like “Dubai Government has issued guidelines that passengers can’t open windows.” And when you point out that the car is literally faulty, he starts justifying it by quoting the showroom price of the vehicle.
Even after paying for a private tour, they don’t stop at major tourist spots. Drivers behave as if they’re doing a favour, and the moment you ask for basic service, they waste more time and start indirectly threatening you with lines like, “It is not allowed to argue with the driver in Dubai,” as if they’ll call the police.
Forget basic courtesy — they can’t even drop you at the nearest supermarket after the tour. Instead, they speak rudely and make you feel frustrated in a foreign country. Then they have Ms. Nadia, who adds to the chaos by sending endless voice notes and messages on WhatsApp, trying to justify every single mistake. They truly leave no stone unturned in spoiling your trip.
They send drivers at the wrong time, and when they finally send another one, he parks 2 km away and refuses to move. You end up walking all the way. When you ask for cancellation, they don’t even provide confirmation until the very date of the tour.
Easily one of the worst travel/tour service experiences imaginable.

Terrible Experience - would give negative rating if possible
We truly wish there was an option to give a negative rating. We travelled as a group of multiple families with small kids and had an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
Right from the airport pickup arrangements to the airport drop, the entire 7-day trip was filled with stress due to their poor service. We were supposed to be picked up with 2 -3 vehicles for our group size with luggage, but only one vehicle was sent. We literally had to wait in the noon, under the hot sun, with kids. Every single day, there was an issue with the vehicles — either delays, insufficient vehicles, or complete mismanagement — despite us clearly informing them in advance about our schedule and group size.
We had booked the vehicles on a 10-hour disposal basis, yet they operated strictly as per their own convenience. Whenever we made plans within the agreed hire time, they were uncooperative and rude. Because of this, several of our planned visits had to be cancelled, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation into a stressful ordeal.
Special mention to Mr. Prem, who was extremely unprofessional and dismissive throughout. He showed no concern for the difficulties we faced and insisted we follow his timings instead of the pre-communicated ones.
The final straw was on our return day. Three vehicles were supposed to pick us up from the hotel at 10:30 a.m. for the airport. By 11:45 a.m., no vehicle had arrived. Finally, at 11:50, only two vehicles showed up, clearly insufficient for our group size and luggage. We reached the airport dangerously late and had to literally run with small kids in tow, to make it in time.
When we raised our grievances, Mr. Prem’s response was appalling. He dismissed our genuine complaints by calling it “typical Indian mentality,” implying we were making false claims after availing the service. This is entirely untrue; we had been raising issues from Day 1. We had also made a 100% upfront payment (a huge mistake in hindsight), and we wonder what our gain would be, to just raise a concern on the last day.
We will never recommend this agency to anyone. They completely ruined our vacation!

RIDICULOUS AND PATHETIC SERVICES
Would have given zero star if that would have been a option here. Recently travelled to dubai with my family and took package from them. Starting from the first day and till my last day in dubai they were just pathetic. Frequently changed your timings and attractions without even intimating client. Seriously guys if you don't want to hamper your vacations then never choose them . One guy named NIKHIL among them was so worthless that He'll keep on frustrating you by changing your attractions timings and schedule and then bluntly saying that he has done this for your betterment. BEWARE of these guys if you want peace of mind in your vacations.
