I've been using FlyingPress for over three years, and I can honestly say it's one of the best WordPress performance plugins I've ever used.

During that time, the team has continuously improved the plugin with every major release. One of the features I had been waiting for the most was native Redis integration, and they finally delivered it. After testing it on multiple websites, I can confidently say that it performs significantly better than the standard free Redis Object Cache solution. Website performance and responsiveness have noticeably improved. If you're curious, test it yourself—you'll see the difference.

Another thing that really stands out is their excellent support. When I recently encountered an issue, their support team responded very quickly, took the time to investigate it thoroughly, and helped me resolve it. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare.

FlyingPress has become my go-to caching and optimization plugin for WordPress, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-performance solution backed by a team that genuinely cares about its users.

The trouble on my end getting my plugin functioning properly. The support stepped in and went above and beyond. I had an issue with my mega menu. Support took over and proved satisfactory. I would by again.

Using FlyingPress has been a great experience — it significantly improved my website’s PageSpeed performance. Easy to use, very good documentation and customer support.

After installing FlyingPress and enabling AVIF image conversion, my site (doncorgi.com) lost nearly all of its image search traffic - dropping from 50–100 daily clicks to 2–5. The cause was that FlyingPress rewrites image src and srcset attributes in the HTML to .avif URLs, which causes Google to treat them as entirely new images, orphaning the original URLs and their accumulated ranking signals.

I raised this with support multiple times, but was told image rankings are unaffected by FlyingPress and that the drop was due to "external factors."

The traffic recovered fully after I switched the setting to preserve the original image format, confirming the cause.

If you rely on image search traffic, be careful with AVIF (and possibly WebP) conversion. Check your rendered HTML src attributes after enabling it. This behaviour should be clearly documented.

Original review: My first experience with support was excellent. I was having issues with site speed during the free trial, and they resolved it within a day, clearly explaining what was wrong. That experience is what led me to subscribe.
Unfortunately, the follow-up experience was very different.

Their support team is on the rocks. A recent old caching issue has been resolved.

I have been using flyinpress cache for about 3 years now and i can tell you this is the BEST SEO CACHE PLUGIN EVER IN EXISTENCE, i have been managing wordpress site's for 12 years and no other cache plugin that i have used comes even any where close to Flyinpress cache plugin, apart from the plugin itself, they also provide the best customer support, but via live chat that is answerd within 10 - 15 and via tickets that takes less than a day, they provide you all the support and technical assistance, even outside the their plugin, they help troubleshoot when the plugin is not working well based of the site structure or server/host and recommend real time solutions, in the last one year they have added extra game changing features, the latest, image optimizer, my goodness, i dont even want to start talking about the Cache your pages at Cloudflare's edge network, mind blowing stuff, i wish gijo and his team more years of success

Immediate improvement of my site's speed. Had some optimization questions, which Arya and Maria were able to answer straight away. The plugin is plug and play, highly recommend it to anyone looking for better performance!

Their support is second to none. And the plugin works great. I switched from WP Rocket about 6 months ago when they changed their pricing-model. I should have done that long before.

More excellent support team . . . Most excellent WordPress caching than those other peeps.

Always quick to respond and no problem has been unsolvable.

The caching performance is as fast or faster than those other peeps with a lot less breaking and time fractures that creep in.

The FlyingPress plugin is so much better than WP Rocket which I used for several years. Pagespeed is really great. I had some issues which I didn't understand and the support team fixed this in no time. I highly recommend the plugin and team.

I recently experienced some issues with submenu functionality and animations on my websites. The submenu was not displaying correctly, and animations were malfunctioning due to device mode detection errors and missing keyframes. The support team responded promptly and resolved these issues by adjusting JavaScript settings and adding necessary CSS snippets. I am very satisfied with their professional and efficient service, which has restored the functionality of my sites. I highly recommend their support for anyone facing similar technical challenges.

FlyingPress plugin and FlyingCDN were the unlocks to supercharge our websites. Pagespeed scores increased as load times decreased. Highly recommended and the support team is awesome if you have any issues or questions.

I switched from WP Rocket to FlyingPress because WP Rocket doesn’t give a damn to loyal customers and raised the prices to another level. I am working on more than 30 websites and installing and configuring FlyingPress was really easy and time efficient. Also the support is really helpful but needs sometimes a bit longer as this is a small team and they are willing to help. I have never waited longer than 2 or 3 days to get an answer. Nevertheless, I would not switch back to any other caching plugin as FlyingPress is the new star in the sky and all websites are blazing fast with it.

So far the plugin works good for me. I create 1 websited acc, then the next day upgraded to 3pack account. Yes, this isn't universal solution for any website, but in comparison with WP-rocket and even Nitro performance is much better. Will test it in the future and will update if that needed
