Wonderful helpful and easy from start to finish

When I started my application with Flyingstart for an Iva I was fairly apprehensive as I’d never done anything like this before. I was put through to a lovely lady who put my mind at rest and made me feel more at ease. She was there every step of the way and offered support and encouragement. I highly recommend them.

Clearly listening to you and make sure you understand all options and are ready to take action to control and prevent other debts gladly I asked for the help they provided

I would personally like to thank Dannii who helped me through the whole process stress free. If anyone is thinking of doing this, do it. I was scared at first but she personally made me feel so comfortable.

AI messages constantly telling me how professional the company was and their advisors are specialists. After 3 weeks of speaking to a pleasant lady I was transferred to another team member (this is where it went down hill). Poor English speaking chap telling me he is head of financial solutions, repeatedly telling me he is a financial advisor and a professional. Felt as he was reading from a script, convincing me or himself on his professionalism?

Previously told I was eligible for government scheme to wipe of debt and have 1 monthly payment. Then this guy wants to go through bankruptcy options and although had all my details was making mistakes.

Newly registered company and I would be very wary, phone calls came up as suspected scam. Decided to not proceed and seek help through a government recommended company.

Theses people are amazing it has taken me a long time to build the courage to get help was worried about the stigma involved but these people never judged or questioned.

When I first got the call from Dannii asking me whether I wanted to get out of debt, I was sceptical about everything. She put my mind at ease and after a long period of conversation and information , I was convinced that she could help me. As I wasn’t technically competent, she talked me through the ways of getting all my financial documents sent to her. I must admit that a huge load had been taken off my shoulders. To Dannii and Adam, all I can say is a great THANK YOU!! The whole process had not taken too long (5 days) but the outcome was amazing.
