Their products and shipping are over all great. I had a few issues with a couple vapes being broken on delivery. Tried to message customer service several times for any kind of help and never got a reply. I have since gone with another site.

Ok so I bought a few cart batteries quite a while ago and was supposed to get the leather editions which cost more and was sent the regular plastic ones. When I contacted them about the issue they wanted me to send the products back to them (which is fine) but in order to do so I was expected to go through the hassle of getting a label printed and making a stop to send it. Now here I am reading my old emails thinking again about how they never sent me the items, or refunded the price difference, they told me they’d send the items and they simply didn’t. So I’m sure they won’t do anything about it now since it’s been so long but I have to say I do not really recommend this site. And probably won’t use it again. Poor customer service and lack of follow through.. with all the tax that they are charging for vape now any extra trouble isn’t worth it. Just go to a shop instead

I've ordered 5x maybe more. I had a problem that wasn't the sellers fault (new vape dead when opened) I reached out to the seller and it was rectified quickly. I always get exactly what I order, quickly and the sales are great. As long as I vape, SuorinVape.com will have my business.

Local shop sells my vapes for more than double when I buy here.

I purchased a Cool Mint Pine Pod which is supposed to provide thousands of puffs. Mine became bitter after only about 700. When a vape goes bitter I can't use it again. I am very dissatisfied and will never purchase it again.

Great vape kit that came quickly

I have order several times and never had an issue until recently. An order never came and they sent a new order out to replace the lost one free of charge. Outstanding experience working with them!

I usually order from Suorin without a problem, however this last order I placed on January 15th for 8 disposable vapes. Today is February 1st and I still haven’t received my order. There is no phone number to directly call them. I emailed the company numerous times with no response. I use the route app that Suorin uses so you can see where the shipment is at and as of January 22nd the package hasn’t moved. I want to know where my order is. A very disappointed customer

Everything I ordered arrived in a timely manner. Only had issue with a couple items
And I am sure it happened in shipping package was pretty beat up.

Again my order is lost and I paid for 2 day priority shipping

Great vapes but they should not offer 2 day priority shipping this has been twice I've paid for the priority shipping and haven't received my order until 2 weeks later

Well my first order didn’t reach my mailbox until 11 days later and i paid for quicker delivery. But it was due to bad weather conditions across the country. On my second order they very much redeemed themselves i received it 3 days after placing my order with them. I couldn’t be more pleased….they are always fresh and better than when we used to be able to purchase locally in this state. I definitely will continue to do my purchasing with this company. Thank you from a very satisfied customer in Northeast Louisiana!!
