We flew first time on Fj.We found excellent check in and amazing cabin and flight crew.Aircraft was neat and clean.Departure on time.Arrival landing was smooth.so we prefer to fly again.

All over things are going well it should be manage in future like that

From online booking until landing at the destination, the complete process remained up to the mark. Ground staff as also the cabin crew are very pleasing, courteous and helpful. Fly Jinnah remains my preferred choice for almost a year now

The leg space between the chairs is not enough . some of the cabin crew members
(Air Hostes) were smelling bad not taken the shower,, plus their red shoes were not polished which was spoiling the excellent color uniform's image
This is very annoying, this need to be taken special care to correct the situation

I recently flew with Fly Jinnah, and it was by far the worst airline experience I've had. My flight from Islamabad to Sharjah was delayed by over an hour, causing me to miss my connection to Istanbul. Despite being denied boarding, the airline provided no assistance, leaving me stranded at the airport for 48 hours without any support. The staff at Islamabad Airport were rude and unhelpful, and onboard, I was denied my pre-booked meal, which I had already paid for, and instead offered refused meals in a humiliating public investigation. It’s been over 3 months since I filed my complaint, and I’ve received no resolution. Fly Jinnah shows complete disregard for passengers, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Non-accomodating nature of people working in this company force me not to travel with this airline. Everytime i travel i have to face issues like delays and the only thing i or any person get in return is "sir we are sorry for the delay". However if a person gets 5 mins late than the regular check in time that is 45 mins before the flight . One has to listen that " Sorry sir you cannot board in this flight". Eventually people suffer financial loss along with the loss of precious time. The point is that the policies should be implemented on the airlines too or else they should pay the customers for delays aswell.

Fly Jinnah is excellent service than the existing private companies. AirArabia management and use of Air Arabia portal is very supportive and gives confidence. This first time we used Fly Jinnah operated by Air Arabia and i am very satisfied. The baggage allowance policy of 10kg hand carry is good.

Travel was awesome, food was great, service was superb, take odd and landing was smooth

Travelled twice in two weeks from Karachi to Lahore and was really impressed by the friendly attitude of the entire staff! Very welcoming and polite which is a rare sight in Pakistani aviation! The flights were on time and the aircraft was clean

No snack nothing.
Not recommended

Fly Jinnah a private airline company of Pakistan has shown positive response in all fields. Keep flying and distribute happiness

I LOVE FLY JINNAH

I traveled first time and it was good. There were two points I am not very happy about. First is the seating capacity on the departure gate at Sharjah Airport. the number of passengers are much more than the seats available on Gate 5 and there was no washrooms on the Gate 5. Secondly, I booked the first row seats for my family but when we landed at the Islamabad Airport the opened the back gate at tail of the aircraft instead. We have to wait till last despite making additional payment. This may be due to unprofessional staff at the Islamabad airport but whatever was the reason.

FlyJinnah is the best airline these days. newer aircrafts, best crew and better inflight services.
the only problem with ignorant people is understanding the Low Cost Airline operations.
they complain about the refunds whereas they don't understand the lowest cost comes with little or no flexibility in plans.
we must promote the positive side of how the low cost airline is bringing positive competition and facilitating us.

I travelled from Karachi to Islamabad on 9P674 on 16 Oct 25. Overall experience was good. At least courtesy demands that those passengers who did not opt for any meal, they at least be served with water at least. Tickets prices are already high and Fly Jinnah also takes Rs.1000 as service charges from passengers who visit sales office for purchasing of tickets. I treat it as illegal and burden on passengers. No other airline takes service charges except FlyJinnah.

Flight was on perfect timing , good entertainment, cooperative cabin Crew

Absolutely filthy and disgusting management and services! My mother had a flight scheduled at 12 p.m. sharp. After she completed boarding, the so-called “management” shamelessly announced that the flight was delayed by 4 hours — which then turned into a ridiculous 7-hour delay! I have never witnessed such an unprofessional, irresponsible, and pathetic airline in my life. Fly Jinnah, you should be ashamed of calling yourselves an airline. Your service is a disgrace!
