Very disappointed with my experience with FlyJinnah.

During my recent trip, my travel bag was damaged by the airline, which caused a lot of inconvenience. I reported the issue properly, but unfortunately, the handling of my complaint has been very poor. There has been no proper resolution, and my refund request has not been processed.

I expected better customer service and responsibility, especially when the damage was clearly caused during handling. This kind of response is not acceptable.

Very Convenient to book, however, booking a meal is cumbersome, can be made easy to choose and buy meal. Check-in very smooth with happy face. Boarding efficient and smooth. In flight service helpful but meal service is usually is rush job - throw food and run. Wrong meal served invariably.

This was my first time flying Jinah and everything was great. I really enjoyed the journey.

Fantastic experience

Honestly pretty good experience every time I’ve flown with them, and my most favourite thing about flyjinnah is that they’re always ahead of schedule, while most Pakistani airlines have delays. These guys are on time and often before time!

Flight in on time comming

The first time i flew with them it was good, flight crew was friendly, smiles all around, service was good but flew with them yesterday to Karachi, the flight crew had a mean look on their face, were responding like they were in a bad mood. My sister had something stuck in the back of her throat and needed water, I called a flight attendant to my seat but no one showed up for the 15 minutes that were left in the flight. I get flight attendants get tired of working all day but this isnt how you should treat a passenger. Nothing wrong with the flying experience, it was a good flight other than the flight crew part. We need more energy from the crew. Also the tables were very dirty and smelled really bad. Had high hopes for this airline.

Landing and take off was very smooth. The flight was on time pilot kept us informed about it. Overall it was a great experience.

Everything about this airline is great except one thing. I purchased flexible tickets for my flights which enabled me to change my flight schedule without paying any additional amount but when I tried to modify my schedule, system asked me to pay additional pkr 10 thousand inspite of the fact that same flight was showing less fare than I paid at the time of booking. This bothered me a lot. Their claim of flexible option is highly misleading. I suggest top management should take a notice of it and alter algorithms at backend.

I had a really pleasant experience flying with Fly Jinnah. The crew were highly professional and extremely helpful, especially at the boarding desk, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I was genuinely impressed by their level of professionalism throughout the journey.

The aircraft itself was well-maintained the seats were comfortable and clean, adding to the overall positive experience. Everything felt organised and customer-focused.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider flying with them again.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Fly Jinnah. My sister was traveling from Riyadh to Islamabad with her three-year-old daughter, and the service on board was extremely poor.

During the flight, no basic refreshments were provided—not even water. My sister repeatedly requested some food for her young child, and each time the staff assured her that they would bring something. Unfortunately, despite multiple requests, nothing was ever provided throughout the entire journey, which lasted over five hours.

It is very concerning that such basic needs, especially for a small child, were ignored. This reflects a lack of care and professionalism from the airline staff.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Fly Jinnah to anyone. I strongly advise others to consider alternative airlines for a more reliable and comfortable journey.

In my considered opinion, Fly Jinnah remains the best carrier in Pakistan at least for the domestic sector. The passenger comfort, hospitable staff, good pilot communication, quality meals, smooth and accommodative check-in and check-out services are much superior than all its contemporary carriers.
I am an avid admirer of its management and operations team!
