Very bad experience with fly Jinnah wrost service I highly recommend to avoide this air line . 5 hour delay

Delay and reschedule the timing
In the end, our baggage will arrive 2 days after we arrive
How come really, I'm very disappointed that Air Arabia is collaborating with them
It's a shame

I travelled first time through Fly Jinnah from Lahore Airport, Pakistan, and my experience was very bad.
Firstly, the staff (Miss. Samina) at the weighing counter was very rude and didn't have basic ethics how to talk and explain with the passengers.
Secondly, no one informed me while booking the ticket that I have to purchase the food in the plane. The food was very expensive and very low in quality and quantity.
The travel agent recommended fly jinnah otherwise in the same price, I could avail any other airline with better services and food.

I had a very disappointing journey with FlyJinnah. From check-in to boarding, everything was stressful. There was poor communication, unprofessional handling, and no proper support from the staff. Traveling should not be this stressful. I expected much better service. Sadly, this was a bad experience and I will avoid this airline in the future.

They left our baggage at Sharjah Airport on Sharjah to Islamabad flight.
When complained at Islamabad airport about our baggage missing they said they will call and arrange delivery when the baggage arrive.
3 days passed we checked at Sharjah airport again they said its already delivered to Islamabad.
Fly Jinnah management at Islamabad did not even bother to inform customers about their baggage arrival. Total disappointment!!

Worst experience, they are fraud. I would have rated it below one star if that was available.
I booked a flight for my father who had to travel from karachi to Islamabad, his flight from istanbul got delayed so I had to cancel the booking and it was done well within the cancellation window. I called them for the refund, the person on the helpline was very rude and was asking for unnecessary details, when asked about the refund he bluntly said its a voucher, not cash or bank transfer refund and hung up. Anyone travelling with them must be careful of their treacherous policies otherwise you are going to lose a lot of money. In my case I lost around PKR 65000. Not recommended at all. Avoid this deceptive airline.

It's affordable prices fleets are new check inn staff are friendly on board facilities are satisfied on time departure and quick luggage service

Check in was smooth, however the staff wanted to close the counter and shift us to the back of another que, due to shift timing. However we insisted to stay and they cooperated. There was no annkuncement for the boarding which resulted in a few passengers left behind i. The waiti g areas and cause around 20 mins delat. Boarding was done from rear only which again caused a little delay and discomfort. The crew on board was very coolerative and professional

Nihayat he wahiyat flight hai

We had a lot of luggge and some oversized item like golf bag. Counter crew was very helpful and professional and helped us very patiently. Flight was exactly on time and in flight service was quite efficient. Pricing, timings and overall service is very good!

This airline is not a good airline. I wanted to change my ticket, but it wasn't possible, and they didn't refund my money. I strongly advise against booking tickets with this airline because they rip you off and offer no help. I called them to try and cancel, and they told me, "No, that's not possible. We can't cancel." Then I asked for a refund, and they said I wouldn't get it back. That's why I say they're absolutely terrible. This is the worst airline ever. I've flown with many airlines, but this one is the worst airline ever.

Over all service was good, however the meals only oferred to guests who were taken the option while booking. The flight was delayed and the guests who did not opted for meals were not even asked if anyone required during the flight.

Pathetic service by flyjinnah from bahrain to Pakistan and my experience is worst don't please ever travel with them our flight is delayed 12 hours from Bahrain to Lahore shame on you literally and staff behavior is pathetic they don't know how to behave

It is very good flight and best use of our money. Two things are not good one there is zero flight entertainment available in flight and the staff that was very good at the time of check in was quite harsh at the time of boarding there was no proper lines and staff itself creat the disturbance and shouting for lines. One senior staff try to talk like a police man rather than a serviceman.
