Compré unas sandalias de 80€, y solo me han durado una temporada, se ha roto una tira de sujección hecha con un cuero finisimo, fuí a reclamar a la tienda, conservaba el tiket y la caja, al cabo de unos días me llaman y me dicen que la casa les ha dicho que me sudan los pies y no se hacen cargo, pues que en la caja avisen que solo son para pies que en verano no sudan.
No pienso comprar nunca nada más de esta marca, por supuesto

I returned the wrong size boots by mistake since both sizes were in the house. I had an email which wasn't very customer friendly from Amy at Fly. It was a genuine mistake but an email came back telling me not to do this again. Needless to say not customer friendly. !!!!

No mandan los zapatos. Es una estafa.

I’ve had one of the worst shopping experiences imaginable. I ordered two pairs of shoes in the same size, yet one pair was painfully tight while the other was ridiculously wide. Their return policy was so unclear that I ended up paying for the return myself — and then they refused to accept the package without giving any explanation. Their customer service is basically nonexistent; they simply ignore every message.The quality is just as bad. The shoes have no real soles — you’re literally standing on hard plastic. When they get wet, they develop a disgusting musty smell. For the price they charge, this is an absolute scam. Terrible quality, terrible service, and a complete waste of money.

Twice I have bough boots from Fly London. Twice over a £120!
On both occasions I have problems. Split sole in one pair of boots. Leaking soles in another pair of boots.
Huge shame as both pair of boots are comfortable and stylish. Such shoes should be a médium term investment. Not in my case. Poor quality soles material.
Very scared of buying any Fly shoes again...

Service après vente impossible à joindre. Il m'a fallu téléphoner au Portugal pour pouvoir renvoyer les chaussures qui ne m'allaient pas. Ils annoncent retours gratuits et vous font payer les frais d'envois initiaux !! Méthode de GROS VOLEURS !!

Site mensonger. Made in china! le site précise que les chaussures fly london de design anglais sont fabriquées en europe, au portugal alors que mon suivi commande indique une expédition de Chine! Site mensonger!

chaussure homme type sandales en cuir (cuir végétal ou animal?) pas d'information. Portées deux fois, lanière cassée.
