FlyVictor provided a smooth and professional charter experience with outstanding follow up throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, timely, and proactive from the initial inquiry through post flight.

Faced with the urgent need to attend a family funeral, I needed the flexibility and convenience of flying from local airports. With limited time to plan, booking a private jet was the ideal solution. We always use fly victor when booking a private jet. They are always a pleasure to deal with and very efficient and friendly. This year I had the great pleasure of dealing with Lea .. she was fantastic from start to finish. I explained what our requirements were dates etc and all were met exactly and she got us the best deal. On our return flight there was a problem with bringing my fur baby into Manchester which she explained , offered alternatives but stressed she’d be working to get the problem solved which she duly did. Can’t praise her professionalism and friendliness enough

We are in Greece, with a cyclone that caused several deaths, the company did not officially reimburse us for an extra amount requested for a service that they were unable to provide and we would have had to manage ourselves from 10 in the evening to four in the morning to find a home shelter. We proceed through legal channels. Typical start-up that doesn't know how to manage crises and has inexperienced staff, but tries to steal money that isn't theirs. Low level broker. Having an app does not mean being a serious professional. be careful… they create fees specifically by blackmailing customers at the last minute.

Have used Victor multiple times for private jet charter in Europe and have never experienced anything negative. Matthew who have been my account manager have always been very service orientated and easy to reach. During Covid it was the only broker who showed any interest in making a seriously tricky flight which we always will be grateful for.

Cindy was my sales rep. I paid for a private charter fully and upfront and then they told me a few days later the plane was not available. They then asked me to pay more because prices went up, so i did, and then again, after paying full amount upfront, i was told the plane is not available. So they said they would refund me the full amount - but they did not. So i had to call Amex. Cindy was very nice and available during the sales process but she was no where to be found once the planes were not available. Be warned!

Absolutely unqualified to run foreign charter flights and took almost no responsibility for their failure to acquire proper govt permits, resulting in a cancellation of a group Galapagos trip, thousands of dollars in additional costs to arrange new commercial flights and hotels, and they offered only a token $150 credit for the very issue they were directly responsible for. Stay away from this amateur outfit, not recommended at all.
