FNmarkets 

I like FNmarkets because anytime you withdraw you get your money within a very short time especially when it is in crypto. i still trade a small account and i always need to withdraw the profit and it is in my wallet in minutes.

But spread is a bit big

I have used the FNmarkets it is so sucks. On 7th of April I have performed the crypto Withdrawal but an error comes in the dashboard appears after it I have did the internal transfer to my USD Wallet then my all funds or money is disappears it is all about 166.50 USD the day I have try to connect the support team they only offers the condolence and said that it is first priority to solve your issue and first they gave me 12 to 24 hours to solve this issue but almost 8 days now the issue remain the same my fund do not reverse to me oh the last thing is that the withdrawal method of this broker is not in there on hand it is on the third party I do not recommend this broker to use.

I have deposited funds twice, and both times the deposit was not reflected in my account balance.

After each deposit, I had to contact support manually to have the funds added to my account. In one of the cases, I was initially told that no deposit was found, but later it was confirmed that there was a technical issue on their side and the funds were eventually added.

This process is frustrating and should not require manual intervention every time.

On the positive side, withdrawals are processed relatively fast, usually taking around 30 minutes to be received. Trading conditions are also decent — instruments like gold and spreads are working fine without issues.

Withdrawal process is horrendous, they delay and delay the process I have over two weeks waiting for my money. The customer service there is absolutely horrible, they disregard Traders and want unnecessary documents such as “parental ID” even if you are of age and legal status. I definitely don’t recommend their services to other traders.

My experience with FN Markets has been amazing so far, from Registration, KYC, Deposit, Trading and then Withdrawal everything went smooth except with the later which has been resolved swiftly (within 2hours)

I had issue when trying to withdraw so i contacted the Client Experience Team about my problem and they guided me throughout the whole process to get my money. I believe they use AI because it was very detailed and fast.

Honestly, the platform works very well and is quite intuitive. I feel comfortable when it comes to executing operations, there are things that I would improve but little by little

I will give a 5 star there are no perfect system specially in my withdrawals but all my concerns are put on account and made actions by the customer service specially lily kudos to the team.
