Excellent telephone experience and follow-up
I am a Focused Contractor. I phoned to try and obtain information regarding a possible change of salary sacrifice, and the likely effect that would have on my take-home pay. Not only was I given that answer, a full breakdown of all the taxes&costs was provided in written format, really easy to understand. It was the perfect response to my query. In this instance I spoke to Dan, I have also spoke to Matt several times too, every time I have had the same excellent experience - friendly, highly knowledgeable and prompt, and am really happy to give this positive feedback

Exemplary Customer satisfaction
What can I say exemplary, outstanding customer service, excellence at its best. I rejoined Focus again after a couple of years, it was good then but now its on a different level. When you have a problem they pull out all the stops, all the way to resolution. They have so many processes should you encounter any delays, there processes ALWAYS see you over the line. I would like to highlight one person in particular. Dan. I give Dan 5 stars all the time, no matter how many times I call in, Dan is the reason why I have given a good review

Highly recommended Umbrella Company
Highly recommended Umbrella Company, I have recently put 4 contractors that are new to the Umbrella process via Focused. Abbie Potter and her back office team couldn't of made it an easier process for them and a great experience for me. They made what can be a complex process, easy to understand and the communication was brilliant. Look forward to working with them again.

Highly recommend Focused
I cannot rate Focused highly enough - easy to join, very swift responses to all of my questions by phone or email. They are also pro-active in following-up. Payroll always correct and payslip easy to understand. I would happily use Focused again.

Fantastic Customers Service
I recently placed a candidate who was new to contracting, Focused supported the candidate through the whole on boarding process, making it a smooth deal at the back end.
Definitely recommend Focused to anyone for process and customer service support level.

Great Service!
Can't fault my experience with Focused so far. Abbie Potter is an absolute delight and has dealt with any issues relating to contractor pay disputes within a couple of hours. Illustrations provided whenever needed and contractors are set up on their system within the hour.
