Top quality work. Khalil was professional and efficient, I was able to pick my laptop back up on the same day.

My PC abruptly had a broken SSD, preventing it from booting. I shipped it to Focus PC, and they were monumentally helpful. They talked me through what had broken, how they could fix it, and all for a decent price.

Would definitely recommend them.

My custom-build high spec PC would not boot, and despite trying everything I could not get it to work. The team at Focus PC were able to diagnose the problem quickly and order parts. They eliminated the GPU and CPU as culprits and in conclusion replaced the motherboard, the only remaining option. The machine has been working as normal ever since. I can recommend the efficient and knowledgeable service provided.

I had a problem with my GPU failing to initialise after I transferred components to a new case. Khalil arrived and quickly sorted out the problem, which was a massive relief. Very knowledgeable guy and strongly recommend.

I had 2 laptops with issues. As I work from home I did not have the time to bring them over. Focus arranged an engineer to visit me the same day and ensured he had the correct parts for the job. Both laptops up and running now. The engineer was very helpful and took the time to explain to me what had gone wrong.
