Highly recommend DIM
Highly recommend DIM. I had irregular periods, my period regulated 2-3 months after starting DIM, and was diagnosed with simple endometrial hyperplasia without atypia in June 2021. I refused a mirena coil as treatment, chose some lifestyle changes and made changes to my supplements instead. I started taking DIM in Oct 2021 and my second biopsy in Dec 2021 came back with the same result as the first. My third biopsy in Nov 2022, my results came back, no more hyperplasia! Maybe if they'd done my third biopsy within the 6 month period, I would've got the results I was hoping for a lot quicker but due to the SNHS, I had to wait longer. I'm due for another biopsy in May, if that comes back as clear then that's me finished with regular biopsies. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending focus supplements DIM to anyone, especially if they're having menstrual issues
