Range of tasty treats for people on FODMAP diet.
Well packaged and quickly delivered

I love these snacks and meal bars. Perfect for me as I suffer from IBS.

As others have said delivery is speedy but they are expensive. I tried the strawberry and really disliked it. Couldn’t discern any strawberry There was a definite hint of stale coconut oil - just tasted awful and I thought they would have had a longer use by date. Mine had roughly 6 weeks from date of purchase. I did write to customer service but received no response so I’m afraid my negative review ends up here.

Great to be able to have a bar to give energy and protein but is FODMAP friendly and gluten free. A rare find!

Wouldnt be without these bars I have one every day as a mid morning snack. Ordered double choc last time think this is my favourite at the moment.

The Double Chocolate bar is my favourite out of the 3 flavours I tried.
When making initial enquiries with FODBODS they came across as sincere and genuinely invested in my questions. Their feedback was prompt and professional with an unexpected warmth added.

I really like these bars, they are different to others on the market and taste good and are filling without upsetting your tum.

Unfortunately they are too expensive for me to buy consistently, hopefully as the business becomes more successful it will be possible to bring prices down.

There is not much to eat while on a lowfod diet so this company has made snacking easy for us that are suffering.
I have only tasted the chocolate protein bar which was very tasty and I’m looking forward to trying the other ones

I love the peanut butter and banana but the lamington didn’t taste like lamington. I would get the ones with peanut butter again. Still trying the other flavors but it’s great to have a lowfod map snack I can order straight to my door.

Delish and delivered super quick!

Quick delivery. The bars have great flavour and texture. A really great replacement for traditional protein bars. Will definitely buy again.

Thanks for saving my life abroad! I ordered these while visiting the UK. I’ve was staying with family and was very limited to what I was able to eat, I managed to get by with these little bars as a lifeline. Please ship to Canada so I can get more! Only knocked a star because some of the flavours were pretty bad (lemon, raspberry and mint chocolate). The peanut butter ones were the best! My extremely sensitive stomach handled them well.

I purchased the sample pack of 10 protein bars.
Products Ive tried so far are great and definitely give you a good feel pick-me-up, particularly mid afternoon when you need that energy.
I’ve tried the free sample they sent, a mint chock & the lemon coconut protein bar from the mixed pack of 10-both flavours are really good-keeps you full and gives you an extra boost. I also purchased 2 x nibbles bags-dark choc is really tasty, however the ginger & spice was disappointing. It needs more ginger flavour & less spice-spices were a little overwhelming and the texture is far too dry-need a drink to wash it down.
Overall happy with pricing and choice
Yet to try all samples as only arrived last few days
