You get what you pay for in terms of quality. My frame was a little deficient (hinge loose) but customer service only took half a day to respond and ship out a new pair.

UPDATE SOMEONE TRIED TO REPORT MY REVIEW! DIDNT WORK 🤣 BECAUSE ITS HONEST AND TRUE! Cheap Chinese prescription glasses! Quality shocking!!! So brought some script glasses was not really cheap 50ish quid £50.00 GBP ISH (ISH MEANING MORE THEN!) With express shopping still took like 2 and a half weeks still so express shopping was pointless 🤣!! Anyway I've worn them once or twice and I looked after my glasses! 2nd time wearing arm snapped off like what? JOKE 🤣 instead of sending alllll the way back to china what's that actual point stamped on the double foot and off in bin! What to send back and have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks joke never ever even!! Would I consider ordering of these jokers again!! No point contacting customer service for what checked reviews and customer service is not a strong area for a fellow Chinese friends.. only when in concerns taking your money 😉😉 so yeh CBA and double foot stamped the rubbish things and in the bin they have gone! Reviews wasn't best about company! But was more leading towards customer service! May I add! Had the glasses around 2 weeks since and worn twice max 🤣 stay away!

take about month to get my glasses but the glasses is very nice. I ordered the rimless and it came broken at lens connector. and they will send a new one for me. good place to buy if you can wait

There’s been 16 email exchanges between me and this company, 16! Their customer service is the absolute worst! I waited over a month for glasses to be delivered only for the the lenses to pop out the fist time I wore them. Company refuses to issue a refund. The glasses are the cheapest lowest quality grade product you could buy and the prescription seems incorrect the one hour I did wear them before they broke, they gave me a headache. I would not recommend this company.

I received them today; they are as described on the website and the prescription seems to be correct too.

I can't tell how happy I am with my glasses, but especially the company. I was looking forward to receiving my package, but the day it was delivered, some neighbor in my building stole it. They were nice and understanding to the point that they sent another pair of glasses to replace the stolen ones. This time the deliverer waited for me to come home and delivered the glasses in my hands. Amazing costumer service.
The glasses themselves are solid, sturdy and good quality. The price is amazing for a pair of glasses that you can use in your everyday life. Absolutely happy with my purchase.

Great customer service excellent value. When I entered my prescription I made a type-o on the Add value of one lens. Fondvue caught the anomaly and contacted me to confirm before manufacturing my glasses. I am very happy with my glasses I was able to purchase progressive lenses in a beautiful tortoise shell fame for under $80 delivered. That is amazing compared to the rip-off prices at my local optician.
