Excellent App! Very easy and practically invisible.
You set it and forget it. Light on recourses. Easy to back up, export and manage your fonts database. If you are into creative and publishing work, it's a must.

I have used several font programs in my 25 years as a graphic designer in screen printing. FontBase is fast, intuitive, reliable, and updates new fonts as soon as they are added. It is awesome. Well done 👍

You can't beat the price! Good font manager with a simple, straightforward UI. It's a breath of fresh air after the heavier more complicated font managers I've used in the past. Good customer service, too.

Great very useful program. Now they want to add some useful upgrades BUT I'd be willing to pay a one-time fee for the upgrade, but there is no way these upgrades are worth a monthly subscription.

I loved this app before, because it was simple and light. No clutter on my system because of watch folders etc.
Nowadays the app crashes (almost every time), and the most important feature: font activation works half the time. And only in Adobe Software. It also keeps deactivating fonts although I told it not too. The search function is good though.
Not sure if I'll continue my subscribtion.

Very helpful when searching my font library

I've been using font base for over 15 years. I needed to find a solution that was better than extensis suitcase or anything else that I had tried for my professional career. I have no computer crashes, instant font activation and deactivation. It's lovely. I'm glad I purchased the lifetime subscription so long ago.

The best font manager. I like to search fonts by weight or other criterias.

Lightning-fast and, overall, far better than the font manager I’ve been using for ages (Sui...ase).

My favourite App for managing fonts - since I use Windows, Linux and Mac and Fontaes support all platforms, there's no alternative for me. Cool features and a nice interface.

When FontBase manages fonts, ID cannot archive them into a package file, which makes the work very difficult.

I love how easy FontBase is to use, especially when using glyphs and alternate characters. Anytime I have a question, FontBase responds very quickly with a solution to the help I needed. I couldnt imagine using a graphics program without FontBase. I should add, I have the paid version, which is only a very small payment once a year. What a deal that is!

This is hands down the best font management app for Mac, and I was a loyal customer of Suitcase for years before using FontBase. Coming from a print and web design background for over 25 years.

It is a clean and easy way to load and unload font sets.

From when first started using font base it has been restricted, More features have been moved to a premium service. which they want £20 a month for.. I think I'm going back to Suitcase!!
