Unfortunately I had to return the order but I was pleased with the return procedure and my refund was back in my bank within days

Excellent service. As a person who has awkward feet and normally would never send away for shoes it was extremely useful to be able to talk to the team (Karen). She was friendly, polite and knowledgeable about Plantar Fasciitis.
The trainers are great . They look good and are definitely going to be a help with supporting my feet. The delivery service was fast too.

I am pleased with the insoles. So far they appear to be helpful with less stress on the balls of my feet. Time will tell if I would award 5*’s.

They fit into all my shoes the insoles and made walking much more comfortable.

Ordered an item to be delivered by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked, but still hasn’t been received by Royal Mail a week after I received an email saying your order has shipped. Needless to say money has been taken from my account

I ordered some 3/4 metatarsal insoles, unfortunately when they're in they make my shoes etc too small in length and my toes push against the end. I contacted customer services who were extremely helpful but couldn't really offer a metatarsal alternative. I was going to return them but as they were only £23 and seem to be good quality I have decided to keep them in the hope they might fit in any future footwear I buy

Super fast delivery, very pleased with the shoes but then this is the fourth pair we have purchased!

Unfortunately, my daughter finds the product very uncomfortable. It’s expensive to keep trying things. We will probably try getting some made for her. She has standard looking feet, but perhaps over-the counter products are not going to be a solution.

The insole feels flimsy and not supporting the arch

I've used Foot Active for more than a decade and been very happy with their arch supports. As I developed a bit more discomfort than usual and was clearly over-pronating I decided to try the "medical" product rather than "comfort" I had been using. This proved to be a mistake and so I returned the products and they were replaced with no quibble which I am very happy about. But I'll need to get the source of new foot pain checked out!
