Really good app for Coaches.
On this app all the Coaches work hard to provide excellent content. The description and videos are easily to understand and was very helpful to me running my High School age 14-19 program here in Florida. Thanks again guys : )

I run an u9 and u13 team and was looking for ideas for new sessions and drills. The website is easy to navigate, has the drills broken down by different categories.

The plans are easy to follow and adjust as needed.

I’d recommend for new and experienced coaches looking for additional plans.

I managed a girls football team and used Football DNA to help me with my coaching and training of the girls. I managed the girls from wildcats to U14’s and was able to see some of my players end up playing for their district, county team's and even joining academies. I can only thank DNA for helping me and the girls on their journies.

Brilliant app for a coach - intuitive to use whether for a warm-up a drill or a full session. Diagrams clear on whole but animations and short videos assist greatly. Highly recommend whether a novice or coach for a period looking for some new content and structure to freshen up your training session.

Our club recently signed up for Football DNA and our coaches love the platform. Not only does it do a great job of explaining the drill, but there is a video of it, and a coach doing a demo of it as well.

As an accidental coach of u8 girls after retiring from refereeing I thought I new something about football but I was lost. Football dna has helped me understand the basics and easily design training sessions with complete content and videos to help me prepare the girls for games

Football DNA is indeed a DNA of football, i can find everything what I need, every topic, every session plan, individual sessions, Goal keepers sessions. Football DNA really help me to improve my under 8 and under 15 players, now I can teach my players in a professional way through Football DNA. Thank you so Much Football DNA.

I have only been using Football DNA for a month but already it's become an invaluable resource for me.

I coach range of age groups and abilities and have yet to find a topic that isn't covered in Football DNA.

As a coach I am always looking for inspiration, weather it’s for creating a session or progressing one of my own and I can honestly say football DNA covers the lot, the site is easy to use, full of content and ideas. I have cancelled other subscriptions for similar sites as they are not needed anymore. I have recommended football DNA to other coaches and will continue to do so.
