Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, made an error in my order and emailed the company to see if they could resolve it to my own expense. Very quick reply remedying the issue with no extra expense incurred. They went over and above what I’d normally expect, really impressed

The mug was packaged really well

The mug was packaged really well, but the quality of the print is very low and looks much better online then in person.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, my dad does not use social media or the internet so tried to get him a mug with HIMSELF on it, Anton Rogan. All emails were ignored until the review period after I got him one for Father’s Day!

Don’t spill your coffee laughing

A mug is a mug, unless it has footballers with tits printed on it. Make your colleagues jealous with laughter.
Quality is good, but we bought 4 mugs for the office and 1 has dramatically faded in a month
