Footballticketpad レビュー

Experiement was awesome. I got answers to messages very quickly.

Great attention from this individual. Really professional!

Very responsive and an excellent guide through the process

I purchased my ticket at least a week in advance but didn't receive my ticket until an hour or so before the match started. On the day of they were very responsive but I was very stressed about weather or not I would receive my ticket.

Great and smooth experience getting tickets for the North London Derby! Luckily also a fun game!

Great communication, was helpful throughout the whole process. Cheers

We were visiting England and had purchased tickets to an EPL game well in advance. It was our first time attending a game in Europe so the excitement was palpable.

The night before the game, we received a message that the tickets had been rescinded by the team, beyond the control of footballticketpad. Needless to say, we were distraught, especially with news arriving so late.

To their credit, footballticketpad eventually replaced the tickets with even better ones at no extra charge. And watching a live EPL game lived up to the hype -- it turned out to be the most fun we've ever had at a sporting event!

My advice to first time customers is to understand the risk associated with purchasing EPL tickets from unofficial channels. I'm not saying don't buy tickets from footballticketpad, I would do so again in a heartbeat, but my expectations would be tempered next time.

I'll also comment on the communication. I tried a couple times to contact the company a day or two before the match since we hadn't actually received the tickets yet. Chat didn't work and nobody answered the phone calls. I did, however, receive prompt responses to emails. And once they contacted me regarding the issue with the original tickets, the messaging over WhatsApp was excellent.

So, again, if you want to know if you can trust footballticketpad, the answer is a resounding Yes; however, understand how it works and the implications of any issues you may experience.

Struggling to get hold of them. Have emailed a few times. Rang a few times and still nothing. Game is 48 hours away and still no tickets. And no customer service help to ensure me the tickets will be delivered.

I will change my review if I get me tickets soon. But this has been a poor experience so far

Great experience, ticket delivery was seamless and ahead of time. Someone was always available in case I had any questions about the stadium entry process. Highly recommend.

Great communication, prompt delivery, great customer service.

Tickets were delivered in a timely manner and the coordination with the seller was prompt and efficient. Would buy again!

Found the whole experience underwhelming, and at times when I asked questions ( Mathew on chat) down right rude.
Delivery of tickets 8 hrs before kick off for a Barcelona game when you live in Uk, I have every right to be concerned.
Price of ticket can be sourced significantly cheaper than I paid.
Will not use again

Great tickets, communication and service.

Received ticket's within minutes of purchase. Overall, great communication and everything went very smoothly. Very satisfied!!

Jay was very descriptive with the instructions and made sure that everything would go well for my experience at the football game. Answered every question I had, overall easy process. Thank you!

Got the tickets delivered on time, with personal handoff

Good experience with Jay! Gave good tips and pointers about entering the stadium and what to do and what not to do.

Arrived from abroad hoping to catch a match for the first time with my son. Found some tickets via this site. Host immediately reached out via mobile and corresponded exclusively that way. Made things very easy and made me feel secure in every regard. Unfortunate outcome for the match losing 1-0 but great experience overall.

Easy to purchase your tickets. Website is very simple to use. After purchase I was contacted by Jay who informed me about how to access the digital ticket. How to upload it. What gate to go to, etc. Just great customer service

SPYWARE USED IN CHAT The company is definitely not legit! Since my tickets are still pending for a match on the 25th, I tried to call customer service but surprise surprise, it rings out and an automated message says they can't answer the phone. Tried the chat too and "Michael" is very condescending and does not like when it is pointed out to him. Moreover THEY ARE USING SPYWARE they could see what I was typing before pressing send
