super easy and had no troubles, would recommend

Great experience! Everything went smoothly, even on short notice.

Great communication

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I requested a refund for my initial purchase, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails over the past several weeks, I have received absolutely no response from their customer service. The refund has still not been processed, and the complete lack of communication is simply unacceptable.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a regular customer and have always trusted this company. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it through the appropriate channels.

I sincerely hope the company starts taking customer support and refund requests more seriously.

I purchased tickets to a football match and was unfortunately sold tickets in the wrong end from what I had purchased. I contacted the company and was told they could cancel my order and offered me a full refund. The first time I e-mailed was on 24/04/26 and since then have been in constant contact attempting to get my refund. There has been many issues and more information requested at each point to which I provided and was told time and time again my refund would be processed. It is now 06/06/26 and after sending over more details for my refund on 24/05/26 I have yet to receive anything, e-mailing back asking for confirmation for what is happening on 01/06/26 but have yet to get a reply. Completely unreliable service for getting tickets as well as terrible customer service for any inquires you have taking ages to reply and constantly pushing off action with excuses. Would not recommend use to anyone and believe on some level that this company refuses to pay back refunds when possible for their on errors to line their pockets.

Tickets were in a great location and it getting them was really straightforward. Highly recommend.

Very fast and easy purchase with top communication. Worth the trust and quality.

Great service - fast ticket delivery with all the instructions!

Quick and easy process. Jay was extremely responsive and quick to deliver the tickets. Match was the experience of a lifetime. Can’t recommend enough.

It was as suspected. We had a super footballmatch!

Easy to deal with, no-nonsense fella
Would go through him again

Brilliant seller! Communication was excellent, tickets were genuine and transferred quickly with no issues at all. Really reliable and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

I am very satisfied with the service. I received appropriate and constant information and instructions about my purchase and about how ro proceed.
I recommend It.

Arsenal ucl second leg at home

Great communication, all worked as expected

Great experience, great seats, and a very helpful seller who made it all as easy as possible.

No problems, great communication!

Very professional seller. I had one or two not-so-great experiences in England before, but this time was completely different. The seller guided me step by step, reassured me throughout the process, and delivered exactly as promised. I 100% recommend if you want a smooth and enjoyable experience. On top of that, he managed to get us amazing front-row seats, which made it even better. Thank you very much!

Great organisation and safe ticket

This was our first time buying tickets through this venue and also our first futbol game! The communication was stellar, on point, and clear. A++
